SOFTSWISS Casino Platform introduces AI integration to Event Streaming

Online casino software solution SOFTSWISS Casino Platform has recently incorporated AI into its Event Streaming, enhancing its Bonus API.

Around 80 percent of Casino Platform users regularly use the Event Streaming feature in the platform. Now, with the new updates, it provides real-time monitoring of player actions, which broadcasts continuous statistics.

The recent update also extends Casino Platform’s functionality to include casino tournaments, player updates, prizes, balance transactions, payment topics, and more.

The enhanced Casino Platform will now integrate predictive analytics through Event Streaming AI. This feature will now use machine learning to generate anticipated Lifetime Value (LTV) and churn rates and detect substandard affiliate traffic.

Operators can leverage predictive data to create target audiences, identify VIP players, and recognize those at risk of leaving. Armed with better insights, they can engage these groups effectively.

Operators can potentially extend player retention and reduce spending. The identification of low-quality traffic also allows operators to adjust and optimize advertising resources.

Furthermore, Event Streaming data enhances the precision of personalized bonus issuance via the Bonus API. The recent update introduces a “total duration” attribute, which merges activation and wagering periods for bonuses.

Another improvement enables direct activation of free spins through the Bonus API, addressing the previous issue of issued free spins awaiting activation.
