“A gaming license is going to be awarded to New York City. A bill was passed in the state legislature confirming it. The question is: which applicant will get the license?” the letter read.

The proposed casino is located at a 54-story tower between West 43rd and 44th streets. It will feature diverse theater programs, transportation solutions, and substantial investments in sanitation and security.
