32). Sam Bradford: Philadelphia Eagles–Β Bradford can’t inspire much hope for Eagles fans and Wentz won’t be ready for a year or two.
31). Robert Griffin III: Cleveland Browns- Maybe a change of scenery will turn it around for RG III? Probably not, and he will have competition from veteran Josh McNown.
30). Blaine Gabbert: San Francisco 49ers-Β Gabbert was decent at times last year. If it was up to me I would go with Kaepernick, but it’s not up to me it’s up to Chip Kelly.
29). Jared Goff: Los Angeles Rams- Really no way to rank a rookie, he does have some talent around him.
28). Mark Sanchez: Denver Broncos- Ton of talent around him, but I still think he will struggle.
27). Ryan Tannehill: Miami Dolphins- Time has to be running out on Tannehill’s chances in Miami, it’s now or never.
26). Brock Osweiler: Houston Texans- Texans over paid big time for this QB, but he will still be a big improvement on last years Texan QB play.
25). Ryan Fitzpatrick: New York Jets- For the Jets sake I hope its Fitzpatrick instead of Geno Smith.
24). Teddy Bridgewater: Minnesota Vikings- Shows promise, needs more weapons to throw to. We will learn a lot about Bridgewater this year.
23). Blake Bortles: Jacksonville Jaguars- Make or break year for this QB, looks like they finally have the makings of a quality team.
22). Jameis Winston: Tampa Bay- He had a solid rookie season and with the weapons surrounding him he should only improve.
21). Derek Carr: Oakland Raiders-Β Good season last year, needs to be more consistent.
20). Marcus Mariota: Tennessee Titans- Was having an excellent rookie season until an injury shortened it last season.
19). Tyrod Taylor: Buffalo Bills- Had a very solid season last year, look for more of the same this year.
18). Matthew Stafford: Detroit Lions- No Calvin Johnson is going to make things much more difficult for Stafford.
17). Matt Ryan: Atlanta Falcons- Always put up good numbers, but needs to get something done in the postseason.
16). Jay Cutler: Chicago Bears-Β I think Cutler is a solid QB. I think maybe it’s time for a change of scenery.
15). Alex Smith: Kansas City Chiefs- Has turned into an above average QB, needs more weapons on offense.
14). Kirk Cousins: Washington Redskins- Breakout season last year, now the question is can he take the Redskins on a deep playoff run?
13). Tony Romo: Dallas Cowboys- I think Romo is a very good QB, I would have him in top 10 if it wasn’t for injury concerns and he is getting up there in age.
12). Eli Manning: New York Giants- Needs offensive line help, he played much better in 2015 than he did in 2014.
11). Carson Palmer: Arizona Cardinals- Great regular season QB, needs to get it done in the playoffs.
10). Andrew Luck: Indianapolis Colts- Had a rough year, not all his fault. Will be interesting to see if he can rebound in an improved division.
9). Andy Dalton: Cincinnati Bengals- Bengals where 10-2 when he got hurt so he never got a chance to get the playoff monkey off his back. Bottom line needs to win a playoff game.
8). Joe Flacco:Baltimore Ravens- Injury shortened season last year, will be interesting to see if he can lead the Ravens back to the playoffs.
7). Philip Rivers: San Diego Chargers- Played well most of last year, but didn’t get much help from his team.
6). Drew Brees: New Orleans Saints- His defense sucks, but he still gets it done.
5). Ben Roethlisberger: Pittsburgh Steelers-Β If he can stay healthy the Steelers will contend for the Super Bowl, still as tough a QB as you will find.
4). Cam Newton: Carolina Panthers-Β Can he duplicate last season?
3). Russell Wilson: Seattle Seahawks- His best season yet last year, he is turning into a great QB.
2). Tom Brady: New England Patriots- Seems he is never going to age.
1). Aaron Rodgers: Green Bay Packers- Even without his top receiver last year he had a great season.
