Despite having one of the best center halves in the world in a certain Virgil Van Dijk, there might be some defensive concerns. The Dutch team have offered their opponents easy chances for opportunities so this is something that Van Gaal will look forward to rectifying quickly, especially when Messi and his colleagues come to attack. Argentina though haven’t been all that great themselves when it comes to defense and they have exhibited some carelessness earlier on. They were the better team when they faced Australia but they still conceded and a last minute save from Martinez prevented the game from going into extra time.
