Is Sweepolis legit? I looked at its basic features to find out
Like what I do with most sweepstakes casinos, I checked out how legit the brand is. So far, I have found out that Sweepolis is one of those quality sites that abide by US regulations, and definitely checks out the boxes when it comes to a sweepstakes casino that waves the green flag, just like when I completed my
TheBoss Casino review.
Licensing
Sweepolis doesn’t need a gambling license, but it does need to follow US sweepstakes regulations, which I’m confident it does. This includes:
- No real money deposits.
- No real money gameplay.
- Following the no purchase requirements.
It’s got plenty of promotional features, such as the mail-in bonus and daily login bonus, and I was also happy with the level of detail they have in following sweepstakes rules, and how the site works in general. It’s very transparent, and to me, this is the sign of a trustworthy brand.
Security
When I used the Sweepolis website, I saw an active SSL certificate, which means that they use SSL encryption – this is a standard feature I expect all modern websites to have. There are other protective measures too, such as a geoblocker to prevent access from outside the US, plus a thorough KYC check, which is required if you want to unlock all of the site’s features, including optional Sweeps Coin (SC) redemptions. Lastly, just like what I found in my
Elevyn review, there’s appropriate documentation, such as terms of service and a privacy policy.
Support
Support was available via email and the help center, plus they give plenty of explanations for the different site features, and how the virtual currencies work, for example. I’m not sure if I just missed it, and you might be able to get this feature with your Sweepolis login, but I didn’t see any live chat option for customer support, which is something they should add in the future for a more direct form of help.

Virtual Currencies
For virtual currencies, Sweepolis actually uses three:
- Gold Coins (GC): play games in GC mode, have the chance of getting GC prizes. Non-redeemable.
- Sweeps Coins (SC): play games in SC mode to potentially get SC prizes. Potentially redeemable.
- Sweeps Points (SP): non-playable, can be used at the Market Store and the Oracle feature for potential prizes.
Gold Coin purchases are available using Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover, AMEX, and Bank Transfer. Additionally, you can redeem your SC for cash prizes using PrizeOut, Visa, MasterCard, or Bank Transfer if you have 100 or more SC, have played with your bonus SC 1x, and have fully verified your ID.

Play games consistently to reach higher VIP levels
I play at sweepstakes casinos to have a blast with the games, so I spent a lot of time browsing the library at Sweepolis and seeing what entertainment they offer. I started by finding all the developers who provide games, and this includes:
Platipus, Zephyr Slots, Slotopia, Endorphina, ICONIC21, Playson, Avatar UX, Kendoo, Hacksaw Gaming, Booming Games, ELA Games, KA Gaming, Gamzix, Turbo Games, Jili, Evoply, Popiplay, BGaming, 1Spin4Win.
I’m familiar with all of these brands, and I’ve played their games many times before. Some top picks for me include Hacksaw, KA Gaming for their fishing arcade games, and Playson for their retro 3×3 Hold and Win slots. There are a couple of names I’d like to see added, such as NoLimit and 3 Oaks, but this is a great start, and I found the following game genres:
- Video slots.
- Hold and Win slots.
- Cascading reels.
- In-game jackpots.
- Fishing arcade games.
You’ll mainly be playing slots for now, but I’m confident that they will add more arcade games and table games in the future. Speaking of the video slots – there’s practically everything you can think of in terms of mechanics and styles. Whether you enjoy retro fruit machines with simpler game mechanics or more modern slots with complex bonus rounds, I think you’ll find something to enjoy.
During my time testing the games, there were a few titles that I kept going back to, including:

Did I find the Sweepolis site easy to use?
I LOVE the style, premise, and theme of the Sweepolis website. I’ve found that US sweepstakes casinos will play it safe with their website design and create something generic. Sweepolis has NOT done that. Instead, they’ve gone all-in on the Greek Mythology theme and I think it works a treat.
It just stands out from the crowd and immediately grabs your attention. I like the quality of the graphics and the consistency of the theme in the different elements, such as the promotions and gamification features. It’s still easy to use, too, though, and they have not sacrificed usability for the sake of creating something cool.
In terms of mobile gaming, I was only able to use the responsive browser version of the site, and I can’t see that they have released a downloadable mobile app yet. The mobile version works just as well as the desktop website, with the layout and navigation elements shifting to fit properly on your smaller screen.

Similar to how I did in my
Coinsback Casino review, I’ll briefly touch on the bonuses at Sweepolis. There is an alternative
Sweepolis bonus
review, too, though, if you want to check that out after finishing here.
Welcome bonus
When I created my Sweepolis login, I got 75,000 Gold Coins and 3 Sweeps Coins, which is way above my expected minimum benchmark of 7,500 GC and 2 SC. On top of that, though, you can also purchase three optional discounted GC packages if you wish, each of which offers a 100%+ bonus:
- $19.99 for 60,000 GC 4 SP, and after the GC purchase, 40 bonus SC.
- $34.99 for 105,000 GC 7 SP, and after the GC purchase, 70 bonus SC.
- $49.99 for 160,000 GC 10 SP, and after the GC purchase, 100 bonus SC.
I was impressed with the value of this welcome bonus, and it ranks as one of the better ones that I’ve received recently from new US sweepstakes casinos. Indeed, I decided to treat myself and purchased the $19.99 discounted GC package due to the 100%+ bonus that it gives.

Sweepolis Highlights
- Modern slots from Kendoo and Popiplay.
- Coin Strike series and other games from Playson.
- Satirical and adult cartoon slots from Hacksaw Gaming.
When I created my
Sweepking review, I found a range of existing player bonuses, but not as many as Sweepolis. I think they’ve done an excellent job of covering all the expected promotions, but going one step further in terms of quality AND quantity, and this includes the following:
- Daily login bonus.
- Weekly prize wheel spin.
- Referral scheme.
- VIP program.
- SP Market Store.
- Randomize Oracle bonus.
- Competitive arenas against other players.
- A cool progression system.
- Randomized personal offers every 24 hours.
Conclusion – Sweepolis is definitely a hit
I hope you’ve enjoyed reading my Sweepolis review – I had A LOT of fun creating it, and I’m really pleased with what this social casino offers. The Greek mythological theme is fantastic, and it’s like a breath of fresh air against an often generic and bland sea of sweepstakes casinos. There is also loads to do – whether it’s trying to progress to Olympus, checking out the cool promotional features, or diving into the excellent slot catalog.
It’s not perfect, though, and I want to see more game genres added, which I expect to come in time. The mobile gaming experience could also be improved with some apps. These are things I’ll happily wait for, though, and I won’t hesitate to recommend it right now. So, all that’s left now is for you to give it a go, and you can do so by clicking the banners I’ve put on this page.
