The Grueling Truth About the RichSweeps sweepstakes casino
On the whole, I was pleased with my experience at RichSweeps for several reasons. Above all else, there’s an amazing selection of games, with more than 3,800 titles to choose from.
However, it’s not just the quantity of games that impressed me here, it was also the quality. There are plenty of different game types, from slots to table games and live dealers. If you fancy something different, I suggest checking out the fish tables and provably fair games like HiLo and Crash.
The design of the website is great, and the brand has a clear identity, as the crown sitting at the top of the logo gives it the royal feel it deserves. Here’s a quick overview of the key facts and figures for this top-rated US sweepstakes casino:

RichSweeps Welcome Bonus: 50,000 GC + 1 SC
As RichSweeps is a sweepstakes casino, where you can only play using virtual currencies rather than real money, you won’t find a
RichSweeps no deposit bonus
here. Instead, you’ll get a free sign-up offer consisting of 50,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 1 Sweeps Coin (SC) to get you started.
Additionally, while no purchase is ever necessary to play at RichSweeps, you are offered a first GC purchase promotion that comes with a 200% extra GC and bonus Sweeps Coins (SC). For example, for $9.99, you get 10,000 GCs and 30 bonus SC, rather than the 10 SC bonus that comes with the standard pack.
Compared to other sweepstakes casino sites I’ve played at, both of these offers are pretty generous. There is a box in the registration form where you can enter a
RichSweeps promo code
if you have one. However, I didn’t need one to activate either of the new player offers. Overall, claiming RichSweeps’ welcome bonus is pretty much like claiming the SpinQuest sign-up bonus, which, by the way, also doesn’t require codes to grab.

After you have claimed the welcome offer, you can find plenty of other promotions as an existing player. Here’s a quick overview of the best offers I saw during my time playing at RichSweeps:
- Daily Bonus Wheel:
Every 24 hours when you log in to your account, you will get a free spin on the Daily Bonus Wheel. You can be certain to get at least some virtual currency, and the maximum prize is 40,000 GC and 20 SC.
- GC purchase boosts:
You can get extra virtual currencies when you purchase special packages of Gold Coins on certain days, with the size of the boost varying through the week. Note that purchasing Gold Coins is not necessary to play at RichSweeps, it’s always entirely optional.
- Free giveaways on social media:
These are free-to-enter contests posted on the RichSweeps Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts, as well as the official Telegram Channel. Usually, you can comment on the post to enter and winners are drawn at random. For example, in the recent “Winners” contest, the top prize was 30 SC.
- Bonus drop codes:
Another thing that RichSweeps posts regularly on its social media accounts is bonus drop codes. These can be applied to your account and will usually unlock promotional GC purchase bundles with free bonus SC boosts.
- Refer-a-friend bonus:
If you refer friends to the site and they register using your unique referral link, you can receive a referral reward.
- Mail-in entry:
Last but not least, you can send a handwritten request by mail to the RichSweeps US office to receive 4 SC. If and when you do this, make sure to strictly follow the instructions outlined in the Sweeps Rules on the site.
RichSweeps Rich Rips: Collectible Pack Openings
RichSweeps has added a collectibles section called Rich Rips, which sits separately from the casino games. Rather than spinning reels, you open packs and boxes to reveal items, and you can usually sell them back or have them shipped to you.
As with any rip platform, the result of each opening is random, so an item can be worth more or less than the price of the pack. Before you open anything, it makes sense to check whether odds and item values are shown, along with the sell-back and shipping terms, and I’d set a budget first.
Rich Rips works differently from the casino games, so check how it is funded and whether it is available in your state before you start. Card rips have become popular well beyond RichSweeps, and platforms differ a lot on sell-back rates, vault storage, and shipping costs, so read the terms before you start.
RichSweeps Casino Review: Legal States
RichSweeps is legally available to players aged 18+ in 32 US states and Washington, D.C., which is standard for most sweepstakes casinos these days, and I revealed a similar list of 18 restricted states during my
SpeedSweeps review
to give you an example.
- California
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Indiana
- Louisiana
- Maryland
- Maine
- Michigan
- Montana
- New Hampshire
- New Jersey
- Nevada
- New York
- Tennessee
- Virginia

RichSweeps Payments – How to Purchase Gold Coins
No Gold Coin purchase is ever necessary to play at RichSweeps, but if you want to purchase Gold Coins, they are available in bundles. As I mentioned previously, many GC purchase packs come with free bonus SCs.
Prices start at $5.99 and go up to $999.99, and you can make the purchase using any of these payment methods:
| Payment Method |
Fees |
Processing Time |
| Visa/Mastercard: |
$0* |
Instant |
| Apple Pay/ Google Pay: |
$0 |
Instant |
| Cryptocurrency: |
Varies** |
Up to 15 minutes*** |
*RichSweeps doesn’t charge fees, but always checks with your bank to see if other charges apply.
**Fees vary depending on the crypto network you are using.
***Should be instant, but can take up to 15 minutes during busy times particularly with Bitcoin (BTC).
Overall, this is a great selection of payment methods, as you have more options than many other US social casino sites offer. In particular, there are more e-wallets compared to competitor sites, and crypto isn’t something that most sweepstakes casinos accept yet.
Here’s a quick step-by-step guide showing you how to purchase a GC bundle at this sweepstakes casino:
-
Log in to your RichSweeps account
-
Click the “Buy” button
-
Choose the GC bundle that you wish to purchase
-

-
Enter your details
-
Follow the instructions to complete the transaction
-

How to Redeem Sweeps Coins at RichSweeps
To make your Sweeps Coins redeemable, you must play through them at least once on eligible games. Then, once you have a minimum of 100 eligible SC in your balance, you can redeem them for a cash prize.
Note that you will need a fully verified account to make a redemption request, but otherwise, here’s what you need to do:
-
Log in to your account
-
Click the “Redeem” button (left-hand side of the screen)
-
Enter the exact amount of SC you wish to redeem (min. 100 SC)
-
Submit the request and wait for approval
Once your redemption request has been approved, the amount of time it takes will vary according to the payment method selected, but is around one day with Cryptopay and one to three days to a Visa or Mastercard debit card.
RichSweeps: Usability Look and Feel
I’ll begin by saying that the RichSweeps website looks great and is very user-friendly overall. More importantly, it loads quickly and functions without bugging or lagging.
Just about everything that you want is accessible via the menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen. Here, you can find everything from the “Buy” and “Redeem” buttons to the Telegram Group and Responsible Gaming tools.
Additionally, you can access the entire games lobby, with category filters including Slots, Table Games, Fish Tables, New Releases, Live Dealers, and more. Once you’ve selected a game category, the games are displayed seven-to-a-row with large and colorful graphics and quirky moving animations.
You can also filter the games by software studio provider. Speaking of which, the 3,800+ games have been supplied by close to 40 of the best software companies in the world, including Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, and many more.

No RichSweeps App
Like many
sweeps cash casinos online, this brand doesn’t have an official app that you can download from the App Store or Google Play. Instead, you can access the entire games lobby from your smartphone or tablet using the mobile-optimized website.
It basically looks and feels just like an app, and in my experience, the games worked perfectly. Sure, it doesn’t have any special app features, but all of the same games and capabilities that you can find on the desktop website are there.
Moreover, if you want to make the mobile site feel more app-like, you can install the gateway icon on your homescreen. Here’s how I did this:
-
Open your mobile browser (I will suggest Safari for iOS or Chrome for Android)
-
Enter the RichSweeps URL
-
Tap the three dots icon at the top of the screen
-
Scroll down the drop-down menu
-
Select the “Add to home screen” option
-
The RichSweeps icon should now appear on your homescreen

RichSweeps Customer Support
If you encounter any issues and need to reach out to the team at RichSweeps, you can do so via the on-site live chat or email address. Before you use either of these mediums, however, I suggest that you check out the FAQ section, which is well put together and handles most basic troubleshooting issues.
When I used the live chat at first, I was given a list of issues to click, which resulted in an instant but automated AI answer. However, I was able to then click the “SPEAK TO AN AGENT” and was quickly put in touch with a helpful staff member.
Alternatively, you can use the email address, but as far as I could tell, it landed in the same inbox as my live chat messages, only with slower response times. Still, everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful enough.

RichSweeps Casino Reviews – My Final Verdict
At the end of my RichSweeps Casino review, I’ll say that I really enjoyed playing the massive and diverse selection of casino-style games at this sweepstakes casino. The 50,000 GCs that you get with the welcome offer are very generous, though I would have liked a couple more free SCs at this stage. Still, you can’t have everything, and the no-purchase signup offer was followed up with some stellar existing player promos. The new Rich Rips collectibles section adds another option beyond the casino games, and you can claim the signup offer through any of our links to get started.
