Each pack contains a single, graded collectible card, determined randomly by the posted odds for that pack. The odds are displayed on the respective pack’s product page on the site.

After pulling a card from a mystery box, you can either have the physical card shipped to you or sell it back to the site at 90% of its market value. That way, you avoid keeping large numbers of cards that you’d have to manage, and you’ll have control over your card collection and budget.

The site’s easy to use

During my test of the site’s services, it was clear that one of the reasons some reviewers gave Packz.io high ratings is how easy it is to use. The first thing I noticed upon landing on the homepage was its dark color theme and clutter-free design, a combo that I found quite welcoming.

I didn’t find an app during this review, but the site still offers a decent mobile experience. It’s fully optimized for mobile browsers and works smoothly in either iOS’s Safari or Android’s Chrome.

Support could be better

Here’s another aspect of this site where I wholly agree with Packz.io reviews that fault its support team. I’ve learned to thoroughly test a site’s support availability after a couple of near-negative experiences with mystery box sites, and I believe Packz.io could do better with the support it offers.

The site doesn’t offer phone or live chat support; the only way to reach them is by email. So, you won’t get fast support if you’re in the middle of ripping a pack and need prompt clarification on the process.

I sent an email to the support team to test the response time of that channel, and it’s been days with no response yet. I didn’t have to worry about using Packz.io’s services after checking its URL and finding the letters “HTTPS” there. Upon doing some more digging, I learned that the site also uses advanced encryption to protect the information that leaves your computer.

Packz.io also uses tokenization, which replaces your card details with a unique token that’s near impossible to hack. It also has a transparent privacy policy that clearly spells out the protocols and measures that it uses to keep your financial and personal data safe and private.

I was also impressed by the authenticity of the cards available at Packz. Here are some of the top third parties that verified them:

You also won’t have any issues using its services across devices, as the site is beginner-friendly and provides good usability. I also didn’t miss the lack of an app, and there were plenty of packs to rip.

The site’s security is top-notch, several reputable authenticators verify its cards, and it partners with reliable payment providers, so your data is secure.

However, I think the site should expand its payment methods to include e-wallets, Bank Transfers, and possibly cryptocurrencies. It should also do the same for its support channels so players can access prompt support.
