During my test of the site’s services, it was clear that one of the reasons some reviewers gave Packz.io high ratings is how easy it is to use. The first thing I noticed upon landing on the homepage was its dark color theme and clutter-free design, a combo that I found quite welcoming.

Packz.io support could be better
Here’s another aspect of this site where I wholly agree with Packz.io reviews that fault its support team. I’ve learned to thoroughly test a site’s support availability after a couple of near-negative experiences with mystery box sites, and I believe Packz.io could do better with the support it offers.
The site doesn’t offer phone or live chat support; the only way to reach them is by email. So, you won’t get fast support if you’re in the middle of ripping a pack and need prompt clarification on the process.
I sent an email to the support team to test the response time of that channel, and it’s been days with no response yet. I didn’t have to worry about using Packz.io’s services after checking its URL and finding the letters “HTTPS” there. Upon doing some more digging, I learned that the site also uses advanced encryption to protect the information that leaves your computer.
Packz.io also uses tokenization, which replaces your card details with a unique token that’s near impossible to hack. It also has a transparent privacy policy that clearly spells out the protocols and measures that it uses to keep your financial and personal data safe and private.
