Packed is a fun card rips site where you can choose from a wide selection of packs. From Pokémon to Basketball, Baseball, and One Piece, these packs can contain collectibles that are worth thousands.
In this Packed review, I’ll be sharing everything I found. After spending some time testing and exploring the site, I can’t wait to tell you all about Packed. Not like what you pulled? Packed also offers a buyback, where you will get 100% of the Fair Market Value (FMV). Now, join me to find out more.

Before we do anything else, let’s take a look at the types of card packs you can buy at Packed. At the moment, you can choose from four types of packs: Pokemon, One Piece, Basketball, and Baseball. In total, there are 18 packs available, with Pokemon having the most. To give you an idea of what the cards you pull could be worth, Pokemon cards range from $0.31 to $32,264. Here’s an overview of the whole selection of packs:
| Card Packs | Pack Prices | Number of Pack Types |
|---|---|---|
| Pokemon | $1 – $1,000 | 6 |
| One Piece | $25 – $250 | 4 |
| Basketball | $25 – $250 | 4 |
| Baseball | $25 – 250 | 4 |
While exploring Packed, I saw many cards being pulled by other users. The site gives you a little snapshot of the types of pulls, which I was intrigued to keep tabs on. As I’ve been collecting Pokémon cards since I was a kid, these packs drew me in. A couple of card pulls included the likes of a 2001 Shining Charizard PSA 10 and a 2021 Celebrations Pikachu PSA 9.
What I liked about Packed is that it’s upfront about the odds of pulling each rarity of card and how much each type is worth, on average. To give you a quick look at what to expect, here’s the list of rarities and average values:
| Rarity | Average Value | Odds |
|---|---|---|
| Common | $348 – $700 | 61.60% – 70.80% |
| Uncomm | $700 – $1,000 | 16.30% – 19.50% |
| Rare | $1,000 – $1,500 | 8% – 9% |
| Legendary | $1,500 – $3,000 | 3.70% – 4.30% |
| Mythic | $3,000 – $32,260 | 3.10% – 3.70% |
Now, what happens after pulling your cards? Well, the choice is yours. You can either vault it, sell it, or ship it to your home. If you pulled a card that you don’t want to add to your collection or it’s a duplicate, then you can take advantage of the buyback. Packed will buy your card back at 100% of its Fair Market Value, which is pretty awesome.
The FMV is subject to change and is calculated in real time, so if you are happy with the value, then I’d say go for it – because it could potentially drop. Alternatively, if you’re happy and want to ship your card, then there are plenty of delivery options. It’s hard to say how long delivery will take, as it varies depending on where you reside in the US.
I love a solid bonus, so I was bummed out to see that there was a Packed bonus on offer, but not anymore. As a new user, you were eligible for a deposit bonus. It works just like a deposit match bonus, but by giving you a 20% bonus on the packs you buy. For example, let’s say you buy a card pack for $50. You would then get a bonus of $10.
By referring friends to Packed, you can grab up to 4.5% commission. It’s pretty simple. Invite your friends by sharing your unique referral link, and you will get a cash bonus on every pack they open. Your bonuses are released once a month, on the 15th day, so it’s something to look forward to.
Similar to what I’ve found from a Gemint review, your friend doesn’t miss out either. Your invited friends can also get a free Basic Pack at $25 spent and then a free Bronze Pack at $200 spent.
Whenever I’ve pulled a few collectibles before, I’ve done so on my mobile. So, I was pretty pleased to find out that Packed is exclusively available through the app. Admittedly, it’s a bit restrictive right now, because there’s only an iOS app available. As there isn’t a desktop site available, anyone with an Android is fairly stuck for choices. With this in mind, I’ve got all my fingers crossed for an Android app rolling out soon. Thankfully, I have an iPhone, so I didn’t have any issues myself.
As I continued with my Packed ratings, I was impressed with the app’s functionality. At the time of writing, the iOS app has an overall rating of 4.5 stars in the Apple App Store, which is pretty good. A quick glance at these reviews tells you one thing – it’s being enjoyed and performs well. Ultimately, I liked the layout, and I found it easy to navigate, even through the eyes of a beginner.
Just like you may have seen in my recent Mnstr review, I always check out the support channels. After all, if you run into any issues or have a query, you need to know that someone is available to assist. I wouldn’t consider joining a card pulling site without quality support, so I’ll be honest with you from the beginning. The first channels I checked were the social media pages, including Instagram and Facebook. While I don’t always like social media for support, I found Packed’s channels helpful. I came across a great deal of information regarding promotions and other bits of information, too.
As for the actual support team, I preferred using the live chat. You are initially connected to an AI bot, but it’s not long before you’re talking to a real human. Once I was through to a live agent, I was able to ask a few questions about the different card packs, odds, and even the shipping options. I wanted to get an idea of how much the agents knew – which is a lot. All in all, I got answers to my questions within a few minutes. As far as live chats go, it’s speedy.

My next step was to unveil the payment methods, because, let’s face it, if Packed doesn’t accept the methods you have to hand, then it’s not going to be much good. Thankfully, I don’t think you’ll have many issues in that respect. At the moment, Packed accepts debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and Venmo. You can even use Apple Pay, which integrates well with the app for one-click payment processing.
There’s a minimum deposit and withdrawal limit of $10, which I think is pretty reasonable. It’s around the same threshold as what I found in my Openthatpack review, so it’s all good here. As far as withdrawals go, you can request a withdrawal for up to $5,000 in a single transaction. While it’s obviously a limit, it’s a reasonable one. I can’t see many users wanting to withdraw more than $5,000 at a time.
Just keep in mind that before you can request a withdrawal, you are going to need to complete a verification check. This identity check will ask you to prove that you are 18+ years old and permitted to use the app. You must upload a copy of your government-issued ID and complete a liveness check. A verification check only takes a few minutes to complete, but it may take up to 24 hours. You will be notified if the team needs to follow up on anything.

The bottom line is that I will never download or use an app that I can’t trust. After all, before I add any software to my device, I want to know that it’s coming from a reputable source. Thankfully, I didn’t have any doubts about the legitimacy of Packed. The variety of positive reviews in the App Store also offered reassurance in that respect.
The iOS app has SSL encryption software, which means that you are protected every time you enter personal or banking details. There’s also strong geoblocking software, which prevents you from installing the app from outside of the US. Quite simply, if you’re not in the US, you won’t be allowed in. It might be frustrating for those outside of the US, but I was happy to see that the software works.
I had a blast working through my review of Packed. Not only was it a fun experience, but I was also pleased to see so many safety measures. Overall, I’m confident in recommending the Packed app. However, there’s one glaringly obvious pitfall – the availability of the app. Right now, there’s only an iOS app. Because it’s an app-based platform, you can’t join if you use an Android smartphone or tablet. Hopefully, the operator is already working behind the scenes to resolve this.
You already know that I’m a major Pokémon fan who’s been collecting Pokémon cards for years now. So, I was happy to find out that these card packs are the biggest selection. In addition to that, I was also happy to learn that there are other categories available, too. While it’s not too many options, it covers the bases, if I’m honest. While it’ll be great to see the selection grow, it’s a solid starting point.

Right now, you need to be 18+ years old and physically located in the US, just as I found out in my Slabz review. You will also need an iOS app to access the platform, but hopefully this changes soon.
At the time of writing, Packed offers 4 different packs of basketball and baseball cards. Personally, I think this is a solid place to start, as these are huge sports in the US. But it’d be nice to see a bit more selection as the platform grows.
Yes, you do. Packed is exclusively available via the app, so you need to install it to join.
