Jolly Sweeps only just launched in July with a Wild West saloon theme and more than 1,300 games in its library, so I created an account and spent a full week testing it for this Jolly Sweeps review.
I tested the bonuses, played through a big portion of the game library, contacted support on all three channels and went through the purchase and redemption process from start to finish. Here, I’ll also cover how the sweepstakes model works, the welcome offer, games, site design, mobile play, purchases, redemptions, support, and how the unique VIP program works.

Jolly Sweeps launched in July as a sweepstakes casino run by Platinum Panther Ltd, the same team behind Legendz, and it arrived with more than 1,300 games from over 20 providers on day one. The Wild West saloon theme runs through the entire site with Mr. and Mrs. Jolly as mascots and a brown-and-gold design that gives it a fun identity most sweepstakes casinos don’t bother with. The site works on a dual-virtual currency sweepstakes model where Gold Coins (GC) are the entertainment virtual currency and Sweepstakes Coins (SC) are the sweepstakes virtual currency that can be redeemed for prizes after meeting the relevant redemption requirements. You can pick up both through optional GC purchases that come bundled with bonus SC, and Jolly also hands out free SC through daily rewards, challenges and referral bonuses so no purchase is ever required to play.
Similar to my Amazon Jackpots review, Jolly Sweeps has a welcome offer for new players and a few ongoing promotions that keep the free SC coming after that.
You get a Jolly Sweeps bonus of 5,000 GC + 3 SC after creating your account and verifying your phone number, with no promo code and no purchase required. 3 SC isn’t going to last too long but it’s enough to open a few games and get a feel for how sweepstakes play works before you decide if you want to make an optional GC purchase.
Your first optional GC purchase gets up to 200% extra, the second up to 100% and the third up to 50%, so the biggest value comes early and tapers off from there. Beyond optional GC purchases Jolly also adds a 0.2 SC daily reward, challenges, occasional emailed Chest Keys, and a referral program that gives you 20,000 GC + 20 SC after your referred friend makes a qualifying $20 purchase. If you want to get the full details of Jolly Sweeps bonuses, check out my dedicated Jolly Sweeps bonus review.
Jolly Sweeps launched with a catalog most sweepstakes casinos take years to build, and the provider list features some of the most well-known studios out there.
Slot content takes up most of the library across Hold & Win and jackpot titles, classic fruit games and feature-heavy releases with layered bonus rounds. Studios you’ll see include BGaming, Playson, Swintt, Betsoft, 3 Oaks and AvatarUX, and I mostly spent my time on The Jealous Ex, 3 Power Dragons, Train Heist Johnny Coin, Fresh Fruit Deluxe Diamonds and Billionaire Bison. The variety across mechanics and volatility meant I could switch between quick sessions on a fruit slot and longer sessions on something with multiple bonus stages and still have plenty of the library left after a full week.
Similar to my Sweepolis review, ICONIC21 supplies the live dealer games, and the selection includes blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Gravity Wheel, Top Card and Gravity Sic-Bo. So if you want a break from slots the live tables give you somewhere to go with real dealers. Beyond the tables you’ll find crash, scratch cards, Plinko, Keno and 155.io’s CCTV-style games. Those CCTV games play differently from anything else in the library, so they’re definitely worth trying at least once. There’s no RNG table-games section so virtual blackjack or roulette outside of the live tables doesn’t exist here, and I’d like to see that added down the line.
The Mr. and Mrs. Jolly characters and the brown-and-gold saloon theme make this one of the most visually appealing sweepstakes casinos around.
The color scheme ties the Wild West setting together well and the animated Mr. and Mrs. Jolly characters appear across the site that gives it a consistent personality rather than just a themed landing page.
Grouped together in the “Jolly Zone” are daily challenges, VIP progress and Chest Key rewards, so you can check what’s available without switching between pages. You’ll find the current promos in “Saloon Specials” and it updates regularly, so there’s usually always something new to look at when you log in. Filtering the game lobby by provider is probably the most useful option because you can search for a favorite like BGaming or Betsoft without scrolling through every game.
Just like with my Wisespin review, there’s no official iOS or Android app and no downloadable PWA, so you will be using the mobile site for everything. The full game catalog, filters, balance displays and promos all carry over from the desktop version, and a bottom-row menu puts the library, promotions, VIP and support within one tap. I tested it across multiple sessions on both iPhone and Android and games loaded well on both, though an app with push notifications and home-screen access is something I’d like to see added eventually.
Just like I say in all of my sweepstakes casino reviews, you never have to buy GC since SC is available for free every day, but if you do want to buy more GC the cheapest option is $2.99, and Jolly takes a good mix of payment methods from cards to crypto.
| Method | Options |
|---|---|
| Cards | Visa, Mastercard |
| Mobile wallets | Apple Pay, Google Pay |
| Crypto | BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC |
Gift cards start at 50 SC and cash prize redemptions like push-to-card and bank transfer start at 100 SC after meeting the relevant redemption requirements. I went through the gift card process, and approval came through quickly with the card arriving in minutes. Cash takes longer with up to 48 hours for approval and another one to three days for delivery, so gift cards are the quickest way for lower SC amounts. KYC verification is required before your first redemption and Jolly can ask for photo ID, proof of address and source of funds, so get those uploaded early to avoid a delay when you’re ready to redeem.

Jolly offers live chat, support tickets and email assistance, and they advertise 24/7 availability. When I tested them, live chat replies came in within one to two minutes, tickets took about 6 hours, and email responses came through in under 24 hours. Live chat is the one to go to first and since it’s available 24/7, you’re not really missing a phone line. The agents were quick and handled most of my questions well, but the Help Center could use a little more content for looking things up on your own.
Jolly Sweeps is operated by the same team that runs Legendz, so this isn’t their first sweepstakes casino, and the infrastructure behind the site reflects that. The site runs on HTTPS, uses identity verification for prize redemptions after meeting the relevant redemption requirements, publishes a privacy policy and gives you tools including purchase limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, so you can manage your own activity. The public terms still have a few areas that need tidying up as the site matures, but the ownership is legit and the security setup has been in place from day one.

The Jolly Sweeps VIP program runs on Stars, and you collect them through optional GC purchases at roughly 1 Star per $5 spent on optional GC purchases. Once you have 25 Stars in your account, the regular VIP level unlocks with weekly offers, coinback and birthday gifts. That’s about $125 in total optional GC purchases, so most regular players will get there within a few weeks without changing how they use the site. House Favorite sits at 500 Stars and Town Sheriff 1,000 Stars, each adding quicker redemptions, better GC bundles and VIP tournaments on top of what the previous tier gives you. Challenges can also give out Stars, so the totals don’t have to come entirely from optional GC purchases.
Jolly Sweeps already has over 1,300 games, 20+ providers, a generous three-tier welcome offer, and a VIP program that kicks in early, all wrapped in a Wild West theme that gives it a fun personality. Live chat support is fast, optional GC purchases start at just $2.99, and free SC is always available through daily SC rewards.
If you want to try out the saloon for yourself, click one of the banners on the page and claim your 5,000 GC + 3 SC.
The library has more than 1,300 games including slots, live dealer tables from ICONIC21, crash, Plinko, Keno and scratch cards from over 20 providers.
You don’t need a code at all. After signing up and verifying your phone number you’ll automatically receive 5,000 GC + 3 SC with no purchase required.
Stars from optional GC purchases unlock VIP tiers starting at 25 Stars for Regular, House Favorite around 500 and Town Sheriff around 1,000 Stars offering progressively better perks at each level.
