Email response times
I sent a test question through to the support email and got a helpful reply back after around 24 hours, which is a reasonable turnaround for email. The thing to keep in mind is that email is the only way to get help right now since there’s no live chat on the site, so if you’ve got something time-sensitive like a SC redemption that’s taking longer than expected or a bonus that hasn’t applied to your account, you’re going to be waiting on that reply rather than getting an instant answer.
