Secondly, we went off on the hunt for licensing information. If you head to the footer of the website you can see that it is licensed in both Colorado and Iowa under the respective gaming commissions that control online betting in those states.
Underage gaming is certainly off the menu for under 21s at online sports betting sites and Elite Sports book will simply refuse to create an account for anyone that can’t prove their age. There are also some responsible gaming options on the contact page.
