what states can you use DraftKings?
The original DraftKings fantasy sports product is available in the vast majority of US states. However, the sportsbook is available in just under half, and the online casino is only available in a handful of states.

DraftKings Casino states
Although sports betting is now legal in 38/50 US states and counting, online and mobile casinos are still only available in seven states. Fortunately, five of these are included in our list of DraftKings states:
- New Jersey
– The Garden State won a Supreme Court case in 2018 which paved the way for the online gambling landscape as it is today. It is still one of the most liberal gambling states and has the highest number of online casino apps available, including DraftKings.
- Pennsylvania

Where is DraftKings legal outside of the US?
