Bigbux review, Clash.gg is a CS2 skin mystery box site where you can open virtual cases containing CS2 skin values. You can sign up through Steam, Google or email, and the current catalog has over 400 cases split between CS2 and community-created cases, with every page showing the full probability table of each item you can pull.
It works differently from your standard mystery box site because Clash.gg runs on two virtual currencies. Gold Coins (GC) are the play-for-fun credits that can’t be converted into skins, and Gems are the sweepstakes virtual currency that can be redeemed after meeting the relevant Gem redemption requirements.
The three free cases require no deposit
Clash.gg gives every new player to the site three free cases as a welcome offer, but there are a couple of things you need to do to claim them.
Claiming the three free cases is easy
The free cases are linked to the official Clash.gg Discord channel, so you’ll need to have a Discord account and join the server to unlock the cases. It’s a quick process once you know the steps, and it gives you a way to test the case-opening mechanics before using your own Gems. The cases from the welcome offer are weighted heavily towards the lower values, with the P90 Sand Spray at 75% probability and the Souvenir P250 Drought at 20%. There’s about a 5% chance of pulling something of decent value.

The huge amount of cases had me browsing for a long time, and between the different battle options and the community-created cases, there’s a lot more to do on Clash.gg than just pick a box and open it.
The Clash.gg sign up process with Steam is quick
I signed up through Steam and the main menu loaded quickly with games, rewards and cases along the top. Both my GC and Gem balances were easily visible wherever I was on the site. The catalog is split into CS2 and community-created sections (cases designed by creators with set probabilities), with helpful search and sort options.
So finding a specific case you like or a price range doesn’t take long. The prices are displayed clearly alongside the case artwork and theming, which isn’t necessarily the norm on mystery box sites. There’s also a full probability table with every available case and the possible items you can pull from it. I think that transparency is one of the best things about Clash.gg.
Quick Unbox changes the animation
To open a case, pick one from the catalog, check the probability table, choose how many you want to open and pay with your Gold Coins or Gems. After that, you’ll see an animation that opens the case and shows your result. There are a few different opening modes to choose from too.
Quick Unbox skips the animation entirely if you want speed, and Clash Spin does the opposite by giving you a more dramatic visual reveal. The result has already been predetermined though, so it’s just a presentation preference rather than something that will affect the result. The result then goes into your account balance, and from there you can pick an item from the on-site store to send to your inventory on Steam.
Case Battles put between two and six players on identical cases at the same time, with the winner depending on the type of format.

You can choose from 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 2v2v2 setups. They’re a lot of fun and create a heap of tension in the lobby, especially in Crazy mode where you’re hoping for the lowest possible result. That’s the complete opposite of what you usually want to pull on mystery box sites.
Opening cases on your phone works well
Just like I found in my
Card Crush review, there’s no native app in either the App Store or Google Play Store right now, but the mobile browser version works well when opening cases. I loaded it on my phone, and I could still read the case cards and probability tables. Logging into Steam worked well too, but the redirect back from Steam didn’t always take me back to where I was before.
I’d sometimes lose my place in the catalog and have to scroll back when comparing cases. The mobile version is a good option for opening a few cases on the go, but if you want to fully compare probability tables across multiple cases or watch battles, the desktop version is a better option.

Depositing on Clash.gg has a few more options than most similar CS2 case sites, but getting your winnings out involves a few extra steps.
Fund your account with skins, cards or crypto
CS2 skin deposits go through Steam and convert directly into site balance based on the site’s current valuation. When I tried this, the trade was confirmed within a couple of minutes, but I had to do it through my Steam mobile authenticator, which Clash.gg says needs to have been active for more than 15 days.
To buy more Gold Coins, you can use cards or crypto, and you receive Gems as a free bonus alongside them. The crypto selection is massive with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, Solana, Cardano and Dogecoin amongst other options. The card options are Trustly, Neteller, Sofort, gift cards from Kinguin and G2A and WeChat. But buying Gold Coins is always optional since Gems are available through daily rewards and missions.
Results become site balance before you choose a prize
Unlike the delivery model covered in my
Packz.io review,the case results convert into site balance rather than going straight into Steam. From there you can claim an item from the onsite store, redeem for a crypto equivalent or convert back into Gems. The official rules allow one Gem redemption request per account in any 5-day period, and processing can take up to 30 days in some cases, but mine came through much faster than that.
Independently verifiable results
Clash.gg is run by Rust Clash Entertainment Limited in Cyprus and it operates as a sweepstakes product instead of a gambling product. But Clash.gg has a probably fair system that combines a hashed server seed, client seed and third-party input from random.org. While that’s not the equivalent of an independent audit, it does mean you can verify any case yourself rather than just taking Clash.gg’s word for it.
Account levels unlock cases, rakeback and Gem rewards
Clash.gg doesn’t have a VIP club with tier levels, but it uses account levels tied to how much you’ve spent in Gold Coins and Gems, with the rewards growing as your level goes up. I started seeing level-based rewards show up as my activity on the site increased, with daily cases, missions, and extra account features unlocking alongside daily, weekly and monthly rakeback.
If your Gold Coin balance drops to zero, you can also claim 1,000 Gold Coins. From Level 30, you can loan your account levels in exchange for Gems, which are a useful perk for anyone consistently coming back to the site. This type of rewards system works best for players who are going to be on Clash.gg regularly, and gives those users recurring, ongoing value beyond the free welcome cases. But they still don’t have any effect on the probability tables or house edge.
Clash.gg ratings – I’m still making my way through the Clash.gg cases
Clash.gg has a massive catalog of cases with clear probabilities for every case, battle formats from 1v1 up to team configurations, and a reward system that grows with your account level. The virtual currency system takes a bit of getting used to, and the way your Gem winnings convert to a site balance before you can pick up a skin adds an extra step that the interface could communicate better. But the variety of cases and the community-created options make Clash.gg the best CS2 mystery box site I’ve been on.
