User experience - the complete Circa review
The main Circa website is focused on in-person betting venues such as their record-breaking sportsbook in Nevada which has more seats than any other sportsbook in the world. From the main site, you are able to find your way to places where you’re able to bet remotely.
This means scrolling down the page a little to the area with links to Nevada, Colorado and Iowa. When you head off to Nevada or Iowa, you will simply have the option to download an app where you can then place your wagers online. However, those in Colorado are treated to a full-scale desktop version.
The Colorado site
Heading over to the Colorado site, you are greeted with a selection of sports with the available markets through the middle and a bet slip to the right. It’s a classic black design with clear white text and features a very simple interface. To get started, you will need an account and if you haven’t done so yet, you’ll have to click on the ‘join now’ button and follow the steps.
When that is done, you can go ahead and log in using your username and password and begin to select from the sporting events on the left-hand side of the screen. These include baseball, college basketball, college football, golf, hockey, pro basketball, pro football, soccer and UFC. There are options to create standard bets, teasers and round robins as well.
If you are looking for live in-play bets, take a look at the top left-hand corner where you’ll see a big pink button with the word ‘live’ on it. Click that to see what live markets are available at any given time. During our
Circa bonus review, there weren’t any live markets available, unfortunately.
Other apps
If you are in Iowa or Nevada, then you will have to download an app to access the Circa action. The great news is that the application offers all of the options that you can find on the main website version. It’s possible to sign up and create your account right there on your phone. But remember that customers in Nevada will need to go into a Circa shop in person to open their account. It is possible to download the app for both Android and Apple devices.
There are a few different options when it comes to making deposits over at Circa. The most convenient method for many people is to use a Play+ card. You simply load funds onto the card and then use that money to make deposits at the sportsbook. The second way to pay is in person at the casino. If you are in Nevada, then you are able to head into one of the participating casinos where you can get cash into your account.
Making withdrawals is simple and you can get funds transferred back to your Play+ card. And for bettors in Nevada, again you will be able to head back to the casino and collect your winnings in cash. Customer services Circa review
One of the main downsides of this brand is the lack of varied contact options. The only possibility that our Circa US review found was to head down to the support link at the bottom of the page where you will then open an FAQ page. At the end of the page, you’ll see a contact email. It would have been nice to see a live web chat and perhaps a phone number as well giving people further contact methods.
Given that Circa is available in a few different states, the licensing situation will differ from place to place. In Colorado, the sportsbook is licensed under a casino operator in the state that has several casino resorts. Their license extends to the Circa sportsbook to keep everything legal and above board. No other online gambling is permitted apart from
online social casinos. In Nevada, the betting is done through the app which is licensed by the Golden Gate Hotel and Casino. Finally, standards are maintained in Iowa thanks to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission. Circa has a full valid license with this governing body too.

A lack of rewards at Circa
As we mentioned at the top of our Circa US review, there aren’t any promos available for new customers or existing ones either. This may change in the future as the brand begins to grow.
The bonus review shows no evidence of loyalty or VIP rewards. And this is a shame as many customers who like to gamble regularly will feel a little hard done by if their loyalty isn’t noticed by a brand. Again, this could put some potential clients off.
Final thoughts on the Circa brand
One of the things that Circa prides itself on is its high wagering limits. They have a fantastic reputation for odds that generally exceed those of their main rivals and aren’t shy to pay out big when necessary. Our Circa review found that the sportsbook isn’t the most complete but it does have plenty available for regular sports betting fans to get their teeth into.
The lack of live streaming options could be an issue and even though there is a live section, we couldn’t find any markets available under this heading during the Circa US review. We imagine that the company’s stance on no welcome bonuses will start to shift eventually as they realize how important they are to most customers. Give it a go if you like a simple no-frills experience.
Circa Nevada
Getting an account up and running in Nevada isn’t quite as simple as it is in other states. You’ll need to head to one of the casinos associated with the brand and verify your ID in person. You can go to the Circa Resort & Casino, The D Hotel & Casino, and Golden Gate Hotel & Casino.
There isn’t a browser-based version of the Circa site but you can access the app to gamble remotely. It’s also possible to make payments via the app rather than going to the casino cage each time. The app is almost a replica of the main website.
Circa Colorado
The Colorado site offers its betting action under a casino license covering several venues in the state. The lack of physical sports betting sites means that customers can’t make deposits or withdrawals in person. But the regular website has all of the options you need.
There is no Circa Colorado bonus available — the same as the Circa apps in other states too. Most of the regular betting markets are open in this area to Circa customers. However, it isn’t possible to place any prop bets on any of the popular college sports that take place.
Circa Iowa
The Iowa app is exactly the same as the one found in Nevada. The sports on offer are identical except that you won’t find props bets on college sports. But the big difference here is that it isn’t necessary to go in person to create an account.
