I had so much fun looking at the games while creating my American Luck ratings and overall, I think it has a solid starting point, but there are still some categories and games that could make things even better.

My thoughts on the American Luck social casino usability
A standout feature of my American Luck reviews is easily the website. I’ve tested loads of social casinos and oftentimes you’ll find they have a slightly outdated or tacky design. As you’ll see below, this isn’t the case with this new site and its mobile-responsive browser version.
I love the style of the desktop site
The desktop site design and theme for American Luck are incredible. They have gone with a clean, modern, and light theme and layout that just oozes professionalism. I love it! You’ve got a primary navigation to easily find the games and account management features, plus the different site elements are spaced perfectly so nothing feels squashed. If I was to design a social casino website, this is the style I would go with, and it’s possibly the best-looking desktop site I’ve played at so far.
There isn’t a mobile app yet
Sadly, there isn’t a mobile app, but there’s a mobile-responsive browser version that you can access using something like Chrome or Safari. I tested this on my Samsung and it looks fantastic, like the desktop site. It’s still highly usable, and I think they’ve done an excellent job off fitting all the info and game thumbnails on a smaller screen space. Most of the games are mobile-optimized too, which means you can usually tilt your phone sideways to play in landscape or portrait orientation.

The customer support is an area where my American Luck ratings fall a little, as I wasn’t able to find a live chat. Instead, if you click on the contact icon, it opens the American Luck knowledge base. This is where you can submit a support ticket, check out the knowledge base FAQs, and look at your existing support tickets.
I like how everything is in one place, and I think the ticket system is decent too – I typically get a reply within an hour, which is much quicker than many other social casinos I’ve tested. The knowledge base has loads of questions relating to the functionality of the site, and it is fully searchable. Still, they need to add a live chat feature for quicker support.

From my testing, the GC packages are a decent value, and I found the purchasing process to be smooth and secure. As a reminder, Gold Coins (GC) are for fun only, and you can never redeem them or swap them for Sweeps Coins.
Sweeps Coins (SC) can potentially be redeemed for cash prizes, with a conversion rate of 1:1 USD, but you need to meet these requirements:
- 50 SC minimum
