Why you should look for Luckybird Casino alternatives
Luckybird Casino got some things right, but there were areas where it felt limited and alternatives do better. It also isn’t functional and the site has been unreachable since December 2025, so it’s better to consider other options.
Let’s take a look at where Luckybird was more restricted before moving on to sweepstakes casinos with better offerings.
❌ Limited Game Library
Luckybird offered a little over 500 casino-style games including slots, table games, and its originals. While that’s a decent collection, several sites like Luckybird have larger libraries with 1,000 to 2,500+ titles. The games at these alternatives are varied and you’ll find more options like game shows, fish games, and arcade games.
❌ Supports Crypto-only Gold Coin Purchases
All optional Gold Coin purchases at Luckybird were via cryptocurrency. There was no support for debit cards like Visa and Mastercard or e-wallets, which can be a bit restrictive for players who prefer fiat payment methods.
❌ No Dedicated Mobile App
Luckybird performed well on mobile browsers when I tried it on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, but there was no downloadable app for Android or iOS users. Playing on the go is the norm these days, and mobile apps make gaming more convenient. Some alternative sweepstakes casinos provide dedicated apps, so you can turn on notifications and access games without having to type URLs and load pages every time you want to play.
❌ Small Welcome Bonus
Luckybird offered a decent sign-up package, including 10,000 Gold Coins and additional rewards through its task list and login bonuses. But that isn’t much compared to sweepstakes casinos like Stake.us that give new players 560,000 Gold Coins, 56 Stake Cash, and a 3.5% weekly rakeback. If you’re looking for a larger welcome bonus, other sweeps casinos may be a better fit.
Some of the best sweepstakes casinos like Luckybird, currently include Stake.us, Real Prize, MegaBonanza, Jackpota, and LoneStar Casino. These sites consistently deliver in all of the most important areas, whether it be promotions, games, support, usability, or fast Sweeps Coins redemptions. Here’s what you can expect from each:

Plus, the site has an excellent reputation, boasting a 4-star rating on Trustpilot and a 4.2-star rating on the iOS App Store. If you’re unsure of what to play, I’d recommend starting with popular slot games like Double Joker, Golden Tiger, and 4 Supercharged Clovers.

You’ll also find more than 1,000 slots, table games, live dealers, game shows, poker, scratchcards, and arcade games. I’d recommend checking out the exclusive games tab if you get the chance, where you’ll find titles like Gold Mega Stepper and Bonsai Banzai.
Additionally, Stake.us is often viewed purely as a crypto social casino, but this isn’t strictly true. In addition to a wide range of crypto payments, you can also purchase Gold Coin bundles with fiat methods like Visa and Mastercard. There’s also an affordable range of GC bundles to consider, with prices starting at $20.

You’ll find games from developers like Playtech, Big Time Gaming, Relax Gaming, and 3 Oaks. Our favorite category within this
sweep coin casino
is definitely the live dealer games, which let you interact with real dealers and other players just like a real casino experience. We’d recommend checking out the exclusive live casino games like 7 Seats Blackjack and American Roulette.
There’s no downloadable mobile app, but the website is mobile-optimized. SC redemptions start at 10 SC for gift cards and 75 SC for cash prizes, but you must use your SC in gameplay once before they become eligible.

McLuck sister casinos
that are owned and operated by the same company, including PlayFame and MegaBonanza.

Jackpota offers a better gaming experience than Luckybird. Here are some of its top features:

LoneStar Casino is one of the new boys on the block, having launched only recently. But this casino is already making big moves, with a library of over 700 games from big-name developers like NetEnt, Relax Gaming, Red Tiger, Swintt, and more.
It’s super easy to get your hands on both Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. For example, the welcome package includes a free 100,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins. Plus, existing players can enjoy daily logins, referral offers, and mail-in requests. The daily login bonus alone adds 5,000 Gold Coins and 0.30 Sweeps Coins every 24 hours, and the referral bonus can reward up to 200,000 Gold Coins and 70 Sweeps Coins.
Just like many other casinos, you can use your Sweeps Coins to play games, and any SC winnings that are generated can be redeemed for real prizes. As a verified user, you can redeem a gift card for 45 Sweeps Coins that have been played at least once. Alternatively, if you accumulate 100 eligible Sweeps Coins, you can redeem a cash prize.
Why is this site an excellent Luckybird alternative?
LoneStar Casino is still quite new, but there are several positives that make it one of the best sites like Luckybird.

Luckybird sister casinos refer to brands owned by the same parent company as Lucky Bird. None exist right now. That’s probably a good thing, as you don’t have to worry about another sudden closure.
That said, the alternatives I’ve recommended aren’t direct sister sites but sweepstakes casinos that also let you play Vegas-style games using virtual currencies such as Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. They all improve on the areas where Luckybird fell short, are legit, and available in over 30 US states.
Casinos with the best games like Luckybird
A few sweepstakes casinos top the chart when it comes to offering the best sweepstakes casino games. They’ve got varied libraries with titles from reputable developers. So you know you’re getting quality games that are provably fair.
Based on extensive research and my own experience, here are the top three sites like Luckybird with the best games.
🎮 Stake.us – Best for game variety
Stake.us easily has the most varied game library with more than 2,500 casino-style games, including its exclusive Stake Originals. There are slots, table games, live dealers, scratch cards, poker, and unique original games like Crash and Plinko. You’ll have a choice of games and fun leaderboard challenges featuring titles from top developers.
🎰 WOW Vegas – Best alternative for slots
You can play over 1,000 slots at WOW Vegas. These games are sourced from studios like Hacksaw Gaming, NoLimit City, Betsoft, BGaming and over 20 other developers. The slot categories range from classic reels and cascades to Megaways, Slingo, and Hold & Win games.
New titles are added regularly, and the slot filters make it easy to find specific games or mechanics. You can also opt in to play for WOW Jackpots using WOW Coins or Sweeps Coins, depending on the mode you choose.
🃏 RealPrize – Best alternative for live dealer games
There’s something different about live social games. Getting to see the game play out in real time and interact with a live dealer makes it a lot more engaging than regular reel spins. You’ll find games like blackjack, roulette, and some live game shows. If you prefer interacting with real dealers or just want a break from spinning the reels, RealPrize provides a well-rounded experience.
Best apps like Luckybird
Luckybird didn’t offer a native mobile app. The website worked at the time, although it’s no longer operational. For most players, a downloadable mobile app makes gameplay more convenient. The sweepstakes casinos below all offer apps that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, making them good alternatives.

How we rate best sites like Luckybird
I considered several factors when choosing the best sites like Luckybird. All the sweepstakes casinos I’ll be recommending outpace Luckybird across several categories. Here’s what I looked at before recommending them.
Legitimacy and state availability
The legitimacy of an operator always comes first because it’s important to play on legit sites. All the sweepstakes casinos I’ve recommended are legit, transparent about their ownership, and adhere to US sweepstakes laws. This ensures your personal and financial details are safe from unauthorized third parties. I also confirmed that each alternative to Luckybird is available in a good number of US states.
Bonuses and other ongoing rewards
Welcome bonuses are good, but the best sweepstakes casinos usually offer more than the sign-up reward. You should have access to daily login bonuses, referral bonuses, VIP perks, and leaderboard races with impressive prize pools. The bonuses should also be easy to claim and use across the library.
Game variety and providers
Games are the main reason why players join a sweepstakes casino. Luckybird had a small library, so I prioritized casinos that offer a growing collection of games. The range of games should ideally include slots, table games, scratchcards, instant-win games, and live dealer games. Stake.us leads the pack with over 2,500 games. Partnering with more game providers usually means more variety and options to choose from.
Simple SC redemption rules and minimum thresholds
Sweepstakes casino games are a lot of fun, and the added perk of being able to redeem your Sweeps Coins after meeting the requirements makes it even better. Most sites require a 1× playthrough on SC. Others like Stake.us have a 3x playthrough requirement, but that’s easy to reach since you’re given more SC than you’d get at other sites. Low SC minimums are also a plus. At Jackpota and MegaBonanza, SC redemptions start from as low as 10 SC for gift cards.
Mobile-optimized sites and availability of downloadable apps
If you enjoy betting on the go, most of the sweepstakes casinos I’ve recommended offer downloadable apps. Those without apps offer mobile-friendly sites that hold up well across different browsers. A well-designed mobile interface lets you play games comfortably.
Conclusion: Enjoy premium gaming at any of these Luckybird alternatives
Luckybird is no longer operational, but that doesn’t limit your sweepstakes gaming experience. If anything, this is a good time to try out better sites. You can start with any of the sweepstakes casinos recommended in this guide like Stake.us, Real Prize, MegaBonanza, Jackpota, or LoneStar.
You can expect well-rounded game libraries along with generous welcome bonuses to get you started. They also feature exciting ongoing promotions and rewarding VIP programs that give you more ways to collect Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.
On top of that, you’ll have access to fast Sweeps Coins redemptions with low minimum thresholds, reliable support, well-optimized mobile sites and nifty apps. At the end of the day, each of these sites like Luckybird is a solid alternative. So what are you waiting for? Click any of the banners on this page to get started.
The rules and requirements vary at each casino, but you’ll typically need to be at least 18 or 21 years old, depending on the site and your state laws. You also need to be physically located in a US state where the sweepstakes casino is allowed to operate. You can find the list of restricted states in the site’s terms and conditions. It’s always better to review the sweepstakes rules and confirm that your state is eligible before signing up.
🤔 What benefits can I get from sites like Luckybird?
Playing sites like Luckybird gives you access to more generous bonuses, bigger game libraries with titles from top-tier developers, and sweepstakes casinos that are reliable. Luckybird is no longer functional, but choosing reputable alternatives like those I’ve recommended here means you’ll have access to better support, faster SC redemptions, and several ongoing promotions like daily login rewards and VIP perks. These social casinos partner with many game providers, which gives you a wider variety of games to try. This is true whether you choose to play sites like LuckyBird or
Sportzino sister sites.
🤑 Can I win real money playing at casinos like Luckybird?
Not at all. These are sweepstakes casinos, and as such, no form of real money gaming is permitted. Instead, you’ll play all the available games using virtual currencies known as Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are strictly for fun, while Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for real-world prizes when the playthrough requirements and minimum thresholds have been met. A verified player account is also required.
😀 Which Luckybird alternative has the biggest welcome bonus?
That’s definitely Stake.us. When you sign up at Stake.us using the exclusive code TGTSOCIAL, you’ll receive up to 560,000 Gold Coins, 56 free Stake Cash, and a 3.5% rakeback on your losses. The bonus doesn’t come all at once, though. You’ll first receive 250,000 Gold Coins and 25 Stake Cash, while the rest is split into a daily login bonus of 10,000 Gold Coins and 1 Stake Cash for your first 30 days on the site. Using the code also gives you an additional 10,000 Gold Coins and 1 Stake Cash after signing up and verifying your account.
