The Bengals’ defense has been the issue, plus some questionable play-calling. For the Browns, it’s DeShaun Watson, who may be playing the quarterback position worse than anybody in Pro Football.

That is significant considering how disappointing Cleveland’s secondary has been this season. While getting Nick Chubb back may give Joe some confidence boost, I don’t anticipate that making much difference behind an ineffective offensive line.

Prediction: The Bengals will be able to run and throw. Chubb is back for the Browns, but with the Bengals getting back some defensive line help, I don’t see Chubb going for over 150 yards, which he would need to do for the Browns to have a shot at winning this game. Bengals 24  Browns 14
