Sportsbook operators like Caesars who wish to offer retail sports betting at land-based retail outlets are legally able to do so from this date. Caesars has teamed up with two racetracks – The Red Mile in Lexington and Turfway Park in Florence, where you can place in-person sports bets.

This is the official launch date for online sports betting operators to go live and commence accepting sports bets from Kentucky residents.
