The six numbers drawn were 7, 29, 60, 63, and 66, as well as the gold Mega Ball 15. Despite the fact that no one hit the jackpot on Tuesday, several winners received large payouts. After matching the first five numbers, eight tickets won $1 million each.
Several winning Mega Millions tickets worth at least $1 million have been purchased in Massachusetts over the years, according to the Massachusetts Lottery, including one ticket worth $294 million.
According to the lottery, the largest Mega Millions jackpot was $1.537 billion on October 23, 2018, for a ticket sold in South Carolina. On January 22, 2021, a group of four players in Michigan won a $1.05 billion jackpot.
