Grand Casino Hinckley and Quick Custom Intelligence (“QCI”) announce the deployment of the QCI Platform at the property in Hinckley, Minnesota. The platform is currently being installed, and training will begin shortly.
QCI’s recent success in signups and deliveries demonstrates its dedication to developing a scalable product that the industry desperately requires. Currently, QCI is the clear market leader, with customers from Las Vegas and Southern California, and they have now established a presence in Minnesota with Grand Casino Hinckley.
The QCI Platform combines powerful real-time operational tools developed for the gaming and hospitality industries with player development, marketing, and gaming. QCI has installed its cutting-edge, highly customized software in over 55 casino resorts in North America and over 3,000 locations worldwide.
Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures’ chief innovation officer, Steve Dahle, stated that the QCI platform will assist their business in developing more effective systems.
“The QCI team has built an innovative product and business model that enables them to be our partner in an effective way.”
“Furthermore, we see value in how the QCI Platform allows collaboration across the business in a data-enabled way,” said Dahle.
According to QCI CTO Andrew Cardno, the QCI platform also can help Grand Casino Hinckley’s hosting, marketing, and slot products.
“QCI is excited to partner with Grand Casino Hinckley to deploy our QCI Host, Marketing and Slot products on top of our QCI Platform.”
The QCI platform, according to Cardno, values its partnership with the casino and is committed to providing the best service possible.
“We look forward to applying our extensive configurability to meet the specific business needs of Grand Casino Hinckley. We thank the Grand Casino for their business.” Cardno said.
QCI also recently announced the signing of their 75th casino resort. The platform has completed five installations in the last 30 days as a result of our team’s ability to deploy our on-premises, hybrid, or cloud-based technology quickly and with minimal disruption to the casino’s operations. More deployments, including one with a large tribal gaming operator in Oklahoma, will be announced in the coming months.
