One of the United States’ prominent sportsbooks DraftKings Inc. will launch its online sportsbook in Maryland on November 23 following the state’s mandatory early access test period from November 21-22. The application is still awaiting Maryland sports betting regulator approval.
The DraftKings Sportsbook app will be available on Thanksgiving Day for eligible customers if everything proceeds as planned.

In November 2020, voters in Maryland voted in favor of online sports betting. It will finally happen after two years. The state has been working through its process and is now ready to approve applications for sports betting to begin operating.
DraftKings could be one of up to 10 sportsbooks that go live in the state next week. Caesars and BetMGM, two of the biggest sportsbooks, have already started letting people sign up for accounts early in the state.
Players can make different kinds of bets on DraftKings, such as same-game parlays, player props, special odds boost picks, and more. But the $200 bonus cash will only be given to pre-registered users.
DraftKings players could use their bonus bets on NFL games and World Cup matches on Thanksgiving if it opens in Maryland before Thanksgiving. With its app, DraftKings allows Maryland residents to wager on collegiate and professional sporting events in a legal and regulated manner. This includes the NHL, NBA, and more.
