Fact checked by: Mark Lewis

The NFL was founded in 1920. Over the last 100 years, there have been many outstanding players – players that make all of the difference in games, that are most beloved by fans, and who teams just aren’t the same without.

Every season there are stand-out players and those whose injuries have significant effects on NFL Predictions Online. These players are often highly sought-after, decorated with honors, and the first on the team sheet before every game. They are the picks that fantasy football players want in their drafts and the names that kids want to be written on the back of their shirts.

With 100 years of football to look back on, it can be hard to select a list of the best players of all time. But we’ve given it a go, looking at the stats, style of play, and reputation. Here’s a closer look at some of the top NFL players of all time in no particular order.
