Herbert, the only non-quarterback on this list, had Sunday’s best game in his NFL career.ย Herbert ran for 157 yards, two touchdowns and had two catches for 12 yards in the Chicago Bears’ win over the Houston Texans.ย To start the year, the Bears have two wins and one loss.ย They defeated the San Francisco 49ers by 19-10 in week 1.
4) Lamar Jackson-
On Sunday, the Ravens’ veteran quarterback was both effective on the ground and in the air. Baltimore defeated the New England Patriots by 37 to 26. He completed 18 of his 29 passes for 18 yards, four touchdowns, and had 11 rushes for another score. The Ravens and Cleveland Browns are tied for first place. They have a record of two wins, and one loss.

The reigning AFC Champions, the Cincinnati Bengals, took until week three to reach the 2022 win column, but they did it on Sunday. They beat the New York Jets after surprising losses to the Steelers and the Dallas Cowboys. Burrow completed 23 out of 36 passes for 275 yards and three touchdowns. Tyler Boyd, not the youngster’s Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase, was the Bengals’ top receiver. He had a game-high of 105 receiving yards.

2) Jalen Hurts-
Jalen Hurts, the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback, has been a remarkable player over the first three weeks of this season. This is why the Eagles (yes, the Eagles!) are undefeated. The only undefeated NFC team is the Eagles. Hurts completed 22 out of 35 passes for 334 yards and three touchdowns on Sunday. He also had nine rushes of 20 yards to beat the Washington Commanders by Philadelphia 24-8.
1) Trevor Lawrence-
The Jaguars won their second game with the first overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. Remember that Jacksonville won only three games last year! In a remarkable 38-10 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers, Clemson’s former standout quarterback completed 28 of 39 passes for 262 yards and three touchdowns. James Robinson, Jaguars running back, also had a strong game. He ran 17 times for 100 yards and scored one touchdown. Jacksonville also pulled off a surprise in week two, defeating the Indianapolis Colts 24-0.
