Eagles/Texans Preview
The Philadelphia Eagles (7-0) will travel to Houston to meet the Houston Texans (1-5-1), for Thursday Night Football at First Energy Stadium, Houston. Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET (Amazon Prime Video). The eagles have been the biggest surprise in the NFC and may be the best team in the NFC now. The Texans have surprised no one as they are as bad as we thought they would be.
Although the Texans fought well in Week 8, it was not enough to beat the visiting Tennessee Titans (17-10). The Texans have been 1-3-1 ATS in five of their last five contests after opening 2-0 ATS. Davis Mills has not performed as well as the Texans had hoped, but this team always fights to the end.
The Texans are in a losing streak of two games after a difficult season. The Texans will attempt to end their losing streak by beating the Eagles to win their first home victory of the season.
Houston averages 16.6 points per match. They throw for 196.3 yards per game and rush for 92.4 yards each.
Davis Mills completed 59% of his passes for 152 yard, one touchdown and one interception in the Titans’ loss. Brandin Cooks caught four passes for 73 yards and Dameon Pierce ran for 15 yards.
Houston has been a good defensive player, giving up only 22 points per game. They allowed 17 points the last time they played and will need to put in the same effort this time.

Philadelphia Eagles Betting Tips
