Bears/Packers Preview
After an impressive opening week win, the Chicago Bears (1-0), travel to Wisconsin to face their arch-rivals, the Green Bay Packers (0-1), on Sunday night. Last Sunday, the Bears won over the San Francisco 49ers at Soldier Field Stadium in Chicago. For the second consecutive year, the Packers season got off to a slow start. They were defeated by the newly revamped Minnesota Vikings. The NFC North Division battle will open at 8:20 EST on Sunday night.
The Bears won a sloppy and muddy game against the 49ers last week. Justin Fields was inefficient in the first half but got it done when he needed to last Sunday. The issue is Trey Lance will not be starting this game, so now we will see exactly how good the Bears defense is. They will need to stop the run to win this game because if they stop the run, the Packers ability to pass block is not great with all of their injuries.
