The offense keeps getting just enough from Taylor Heinicke and his diverse weapons. The defense , on the other hand, is one of the best in the NFL and this team is red-hot and being overlooked.
9) Tennessee Titans

8) Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings are close to clinching the NFC North, and following that debacle against the Cowboys, the Vikings proved against the Patriots that the game was more an anomaly than anything else. I still have significant questions about the Vikings’ defense but this is a solid team.
7) San Fransisco 49ers
The 49ers defense has been dominating as of late, and if the offense can get healthy, the Niners are a serious Super Bowl contender. The explosive Miami Dolphins travel to San Fransisco on Sunday and Jimmy G. and the offense is going to step up and control the tempo of the game while making plays. Controlling the tempo is the 49er’s speciality, making plays has not been.
6) Buffalo Bills
Josh Allen has not looked himself as of late, and now they have a real challenge from the Miami Dolphins for AFC East supremacy. Allen is obviously banged up and the Bills were lucky to escape Detroit on Thanksgiving.
5) Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys run defense still has some questions, but they can get after the passer, and the offense can run the ball with two excellent running backs. 4) Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals defense is seriously underrated, and now that they have a healthy D.J. Reader and B.J. Hill, it will be almost impossible to run the ball against the Bengals. It looks like Jamar Chase will return this week, and if that happens, the rest of the NFL better be afraid. This weekend’s game against the Chiefs is a great chance for the Bengals to insert themselves into home-field advantage contenders.
3) Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins are a serious threat to take the AFC East, and this weekend’s matchup against the 49ers will answer a lot of questions about Tua and the Dolphins as a whole. A win in San Fransisco and the Dolphins will become not just a Super Bowl contender, they will be one of the Super Bowl favorites.

The Chiefs did not need much to beat the Rams this past weekend, but that all changes as they travel to Cincinnati to battle the Bengals.
