2017 NFL Week 12: Previews and Predictions

Minnesota Vikings(-3) at Detroit Lions

Huge game in the NFC North. The Vikings are as hot as anybody in the NFL and the Lions are in contention but have not been playing at the top of their game. This will be a nail-biter and I am going to lean towards the road team in this one.

Prediction: Vikings 24  Lions 20

Los Angeles Chargers at Dallas Cowboys(PK)

The Chargers are coming off a big win over the Bills and the Cowboys were blown out by the Eagles. I am actually going to go with Phillip Rivers in this one.

Prediction: Chargers 30  Cowboys 23

N.Y.Giants at Washington Redskins(-7)

The Redskins should win this game handily.

Prediction: Redskins 37  Giants 13

Cleveland Browns at Cincinnati Bengals(-8)

The Bengals shouldn’t have much problem in this one, but it is the Bengals so you never know.

Prediction: Bengals 27  Browns 13

Chicago Bears at Philadelphia Eagles(-13)

The Eagles are playing at a high level at this moment.

Prediction: Eagles 34  Bears 10

Miami Dolphins at New England Patriots(-16)

16 is a lot of points but I am still going with the Patriots.

Prediction: Patriots 41  Dolphins 17

Buffalo Bills at Kansas City Chiefs(-10)

The Bills are in disarray and the Chiefs look to be in trouble also.

Prediction: Chiefs 27  Bills 16

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Atlanta Falcons(-10)

Maybe the Falcons are getting back in stride and the Bucs have been streaky at best.

Prediction: Falcons 34  Bucs 24

Carolina Panthers(-4.5) at New York Jets

The Panthers are just a better team, but the Jets are a tough, hard-nosed team.

Prediction: Panthers 20  Jets 10

Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis Colts(NL)

I’m sure the Colts will play well for three quarters. It’s the fourth quarter that will get them.

Prediction: Titans 27  Colts 17

Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco 49ers(NL)

The Seahawks need this game badly and that’s bad news for the 49ers.

Prediction: Seahawks 34  49ers 10

New Orleans Saints at Los Angeles Rams(-2.5)

I look for the Saints to win a close one.

Prediction: Saints 31  Rams 27

Jacksonville Jaguars(-4) at Arizona Cardinals

The Jaguars offense should keep the Cardinals in the game.

Prediction: Jaguars 20  Cardinals 13

Denver Broncos at Oakland Raiders(-5)

The Broncos are one of the worst teams in the NFL.

Prediction: Raiders 27  Broncos 20

Green Bay Packers at Pittsburgh Steelers(-14)

What once was an even match-up when the season started is now a mismatch.

Prediction: Steelers 38  Packers 17

Houston Texans at Baltimore Ravens(-7)

The Ravens look like a team that could make a playoff run.

Prediction: Ravens 24  Texans 9
