The Dallas Cowboys are on the road to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Monday night. Dallas lost 26-6 to Washington on Sunday in their final regular season game. They were a 7.5-point favorite. Tampa Bay lost 30-17 to Atlanta on the road in its regular season finale. They were a six-point underdog. The Cowboys have a 13-6 edge in the all-time regular series and have won both of their previous playoff meetings. Dallas Cowboys Betting Tips

Dallas was a huge disappointment in the regular season finale against Washington. The Cowboys finished as a wild-card team with a 12-5 record and were the fifth seed in NFC. Dallas’ performance against Washington was not impressive. They trailed 13-0 in the second quarter and scored only six seconds left in the half to make the score 13-6. The Washington defense dominated the second half, and the Cowboys failed to score. Dallas was defeated in every category. They were outgained by 309-182 total offense and picked up ten first downs. They also lost the time of possession 36:12 to 23.48. Dallas also turned the ball over twice, with a pick-6, and forced only one takeaway.

The Cowboys are 14th in league passing offense, averaging 219.8 yards per game. With 135.2 yards per match, Dallas is 9th best in rushing offense. They average 27.5 points per night and are the 4th best-scoring offense. Dallas is 5th in the league scoring defense, giving up an average of 20.1 points per game. Dak Preston has completed 261 of 394 passes, gaining 2,860 yards and 23 touchdowns. He also had 15 interceptions. He was sacked 20 times, 126 yards in loss and added 182 yards on the ground. After Prescott’s thumb injury in the opener, Cooper Rush (94, 162, 1051 yards), five TD and three INT, was the backup quarterback. Ezekiel Elliot is the second-ranked rusher on the team, with 231 carries totalling 876 yards and 12 touchdowns. Tony Pollard has 193 carries, a total of 1,007 yards and nine touchdowns for the team. CeeDee Lamb (107 grabs for 1359 yards and nine touchdowns), Dalton Schultz (577 yards, five TD), Noah Brown (43) grabs for 555 yards, three TD), Michael Gallup (39) catches for 424 yards, four TD are all crucial targets in the passing game. Elliott has 17 receptions for 92 yards, while Pollard has 39 grabs for 371 yards plus three scores. This gives the Cowboys two valuable safety valves from the backfield. Brett Maher has gotten 50 of 53 extra points and 29 of 32 field goals, with a long 60.

The injury report for Dallas is very light heading into the game. Trayvon Mullen, a cornerback, was out of practice due to illness. Tyron Smith (knee), and Demarcus Lawrence (foot), were both limited. Keep checking for any updates as they progress towards kickoff.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Betting Tips
