I’m supporting the Lions in this matchup. Detroit typically performs well at home, and a road playoff game indoors doesn’t seem like an ideal environment to back a rookie like Jayden Daniels, no matter how impressive he may be. I have confidence that the Lions will do what they usually do under Dan Campbell: cover the spread. The line has moved to 9.5 at most sportsbooks, which I would still play, but that’s my limit. As of Friday night, DraftKings was the only sportsbook still offering a line of 8.5.
