What is the Fan Controlled Football League?

The Circus, wait, I mean the Fan Controlled Football league is a football league, will it resembles a football league … controlled by the fans. Games are streamed on Twitch, where fans can vote on plays. Games featured 7-on-7 action, with the field being just 50 yards.

That answer is a resounding NO!!!! Vick is scheduled to play the last regular-season game on May 28th, and a week away from playing that game, it seems we should at least know what team Vick will be on, but this is the Circus, so that is still unknown.
