Despite another disappointing season last year, college football fans aren’t shy about placing bets on USC winning the National Championship in 2022.

Can USC win the National Championship in 2022?

Riley is known for being a quarterback expert and chose Caleb Williams as the starting quarterback at Oklahoma. After Riley was hired at USC, Williams decided to follow him and entered his name into the transfer portal to move to Southern California.

Williams as a freshman, threw for 1,912 yards, 21 touchdowns, four interceptions and 64.5 per cent of his passes. Williams proved to be a dual threat with his legs. He added 442 yards rushing and scored four touchdowns on the ground.

The Trojans also made a profit by signing Jordan Addison (one of the country’s best receivers), who will transfer from Pittsburgh, where he played alongside Kenny Pickett in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Addison had 100 receptions for 1,593 yards and 18 touchdowns in his second season.
