The No. 9 Oregon Ducks and No. 10 UCLA Bruins will battle for Pac-12 supremacy on Saturday.
After disconcertingly dropping their first game against the Georgia Bulldogs, the Ducks have been on a long road to relevancy. However, they are now led by Bo Nix and a potent offense that is reminiscent of Chip Kelly’s glory days at Oregon.
Chip Kelly will be on the other sideline, as he leads a UCLA team that beat two consecutive ranked teams in Washington State and Utah.

This looks to be a fairly even matchup to me so the 6.5 points is a lot of points in this matchup. In what is a reasonably equal game to me, I am going to take the points and UCLA.

If you are betting on the Bruins to cover, the payoff will be solid, not great, and I think the Lions will cover this game. For example, the odds as of a few days before the game are averaging -118 if you are betting the Bruins to cover. If you bet 100 on the Bruins +6.5, the payout would be around 86 dollars, which means you would get back the 100 you bet and the other 86 for winning the bet.Β To me, the best bet is betting the Bruins +6.5.
