Guard/Tackle

1- In watching your hudl highlights one thing I really y like was the way you seem to be able to get lower than your opponent and then outpower them. Which is your strongest asset power or technique?

I would have to say my technique is my best trait I credit that a lot towards our coaching staff and a lot.

2- Guard or tackle which do you prefer to play? Why?

Guard is probably my absolute favorite to play. I enjoy playing guard because there’s just something about pulling and drilling someone that’s not ready for it.

3- I know in doing some reading you are going to some camps. Can you tell our readers some of the camps you have gone to and how much they have helped you?

I participated in a couple of camps one being at the tank against a lot of good competition, another one I was in was the finals of the camp that was at the tank. The next camp I participated in was at Marshall, there are a few more I’d like to attend but I’m still figuring dates out as to when I can go. I have learned a lot in those camps one being that I can definitely compete with the top guys out there and another being there’s a lot of different styles of coaching out there and there’s always something to take from each one.

4- What surprised you most about Kirtland last year?

What surprised me the most was their ability to shut down our offense.

5- How badly do you want another shot at them?

Man, that’s not much of a question I would love to get another shot at them after losing to them twice it would be great to beat them.

6- The Wheelersburg game is one of the biggest games in the state how important is it for you guys to come away with the win?

Wheelersburg is a huge one it’s how we make our opening statement it’s also a big team morale boost because it is such a big rivalry game for us.

7- Can you tell us some of the colleges you have heard from?

I’ve talked with quite a few I’ve heard from Notre Dame College in Ohio, Towson, Elon, Pitt, and Marshall there is a lot more to be mentioned as well.

8-What is your favorite class?

My favorite class is definitely history, I’m a huge history buff.

9- What will you major in, in college?

I’m thinking of majoring in either Criminal Justice or in Physical Therapy.

10- Where is your go-to place to go out to eat?

My favorite place to eat is definitely Tres Hermanos in Ashland, Ky. Mexican food is by far my favorite.
