Michigan has only won their Big Ten games by an average of 10.5 points per game, but they haven’t played as bad a team as Indiana until now. The Hoosiers inability to run the ball makes this game an easy pick.

No. 8 Tennessee (-3.5) at No. 25 LSU (12 p.m., ESPN)

LSU has improved since a season-opening loss at home to Florida State, but the Volunteers are for real, with QB Hendon Hooker leading the way. This is a statement game for the Volunteers and a chance to solidify Hooker as a Heisman candidate.

No. 17 TCU (-6) at No. 19 Kansas (12 p.m., FS1) 

TCU’s Max Duggan (11 TDs, 0 INTs) and Kansas’ Jalon Daniels (11 TDs, 1 INTs) are two of the most exciting quarterbacks in the Big 12, and that means a shootout could be at hand.

Prediction: TCU 38  Kansas 31(Take the Frogs -6.5)

Arkansas at No. 23 Mississippi State (-5.5) (12 p.m., SEC Network)

QB Will Rogers has thrown 19 TD passes this year, and the Razorbacks are staggering after devastating losses.

Prediction: Mississippi State 35  Arkansas 24(Take the Bulldogs and give the points)

South Florida at No. 24 Cincinnati (-27.5) (2:30 p.m., ESPN+)

The Bearcats will win this game on the ground but 27.5 is way many points to give a good defensive team like South Florida.

Prediction: Cincinnati 31  South Florida 13(Take the Bulls and the points)

Auburn at No. 2 Georgia (-29.5) (3:30 p.m., CBS) 

The Bulldogs are not playing as well as expected as of late and struggled against Kent State and Missouri, lets take Auburn and the points in this one.

Prediction: Georgia 34  Auburn 17(Take the Tigers and the points)

Texas Tech at No. 7 Oklahoma State (-10) (3:30 p.m., FS1)

The Cowboys look like more of a CFP contender every week, and the Red Raiders have failed to cover in their last two games on the road. The Cowboys will cover this game.

Prediction: Oklahoma State 41  Texas Tech 24(Take the cowboys to cover)

No. 12 Utah (-3.5) at No. 18 UCLA (3:30 p.m., FOX) 

UCLA is undefeated and has one of the best defenses in the Nation. Utak, after a season-opening loss at Florida, has been rolling, which makes this one of the weekend’s best matchups.

Prediction: Utah 34  UCLA 24(Take the Utes and give the points)

No. 3 Ohio State (-25.5) at Michigan State (4 p.m., ABC)

The Buckeyes have beaten the Spartans by an average of 35 points per game over the last five meetings between these teams. Check out the top football odds.

No. 9 Ole Miss (-19) at Vanderbilt (4 p.m. SEC Network) 

Vandy is bad against the run, and Ole Miss can be devastating running the ball. Ole Miss will run all over the Commodores!

Caleb Williams vs Cameron ward is a great quarterback matchup, but in the end, the Cougars lack a consistent run game, and without a solid run game, they will lose.

Army at No. 15 Wake Forest (-15.5) (7:30 p.m., ESPN+)

This game will play close to the line; I think the difference will be turnovers, and Army has had issues with turnovers this season.

Prediction: Wake Forest 45  Army 27(Take the Demon Deacons and give the points)

No. 16 BYU vs Notre Dame (-3) (7:30 p.m., NBC/Peacock)

The Irish should be ready for this marquee game for Jaren Hall. Las Vegas has always been a second home for BYU, and they will have fans, as will Notre Dame. This game will be close and come down to the final seconds.

No. 25 Kansas State (-2) at Iowa State (7:30 p.m., ESPNU)

Kansas State has a strong running game, and Iowa State has the best-run defense in the Big 12. Something has to give in this one.

Prediction: Kansas State 27  Iowa State 24(Take the Wildcats and give the points)

Texas A&M at No. 1 Alabama (-24.5) (8 p.m., CBS)

Bryce Young’s status is up in the air, making this a tricky game to predict if Young plays take the Tide and give the points. If he doesn’t play, take the Aggies and the points. Either way, Bama wins.

Florida State at No. 14 NC State (-3) (8 p.m., ACC Network) 

Both teams are coming off tough ACC losses, which is a huge game for both. The Seminoles key will be, can they thor the ball? We already know they can run it. In the end, the difference could be the Wolfpack playing at home.

Prediction: NC State 24  Florida State 20(Take the Wolfpack and give the points)

No. 11 Oregon (-12) at Arizona (9 p.m., Pac-12 Network) 

Oregon has been on a roll since the season-opening embarrassment against Georgia, averaging 50 points per game.

Prediction: Oregon 41  Arizona 22(Take the Ducks and give the points)

South Carolina at No. 13 Kentucky (-10.5) (7:30 p.m., SEC Network)

I look for the Wildcats to bounce back after last week’s tough loss.

Prediction: Kentucky 31  South Carolina 16(Take the Wildcats and give the points)

No. 21 Washington (-13) at Arizona State (4 p.m., Pac-12 Network) 

The Huskies were brought back down to earth by a good UCLA team last week. The difference here will be the Arizona State defenses inability to slow down the Huskies through the air.

Prediction: Washington 42  Arizona State 24(Take the Huskies and give the points)
