Everybody loves future bets! You can get great odds and can make some big-time money if you know what you are doing. If you’re going to make a College Football futures bet, check out the best betting sites for doing it! Today we will look at three teams you might want to make a future bet on. These three big-time programs have struggled as of late but are now ready to bounce back big time during the 2022 season.
Realizing that you have reasonable-sized expectations of Tennessee is a scary moment. However, (a) Hendon Hooker, the quarterback and (b) Josh Heupel, the Head Coach, are not to blame for any past failures at UT, and their relationship is fascinating. Hooker was the first-string quarterback in 2021. He finished with 2,945 passing yards and 803 non-sack running yards and ranked 11th overall in Total QBR after Oct. 1.
The Vols’ defense must be stronger than last year, which saw it fall from 24th in defensive SP+ by the midpoint to 47th by the end. This offense will be a show with Hooker joining leading rusher Jabari Short, leading receiver Cedric Tolman, and every member of the O-line two deep from last year. The return of seven starters and most second-string players is encouraging. However, defense will get more snaps if this fast-paced offense performs well.
It is a sign of how far Florida State has fallen in recent years that a Season that featured the most miserable Hail Mary-ish loss you’ll ever witness was also a season marked by definitive improvement. It was! It was! Despite a 0-4 start, the Noles finished strong and look ready to go well above the .500 mark for the 2022 season.
Mike Norvell, the head coach, should be able to follow up on this growth. While the defense is without star defensive ends Jermaine John II and Keir Thomas, it returns nearly everyone else. The fast incumbent quarterback Jordan Travis could have FSU’s best line in ages protecting him. There are many questions for the skill corps, mainly if high-efficiency slot player Winston Wright Jr. cannot play due to a spring car accident. This could still be a top-30 team, something the Noles haven’t had since 2017. Check out the best new betting sites for betting on College Football.
Since Babers moved from Bowling Green to Syracuse in 2016, they have had just one winning season. The 10-3 run in 2018 was thrilling, but the Orange fell to 1-10 in 2020. After a 5-4 start last season, they lost their three remaining games by an average score of 38-11.
However, 5-7 was a significant improvement. Despite a young secondary, the Orange moved up to 54th in defensive SP+. While the offense was not great, there was at least one weapon: running back Sean Tucker. They are currently 11th in my return production rankings. Babers also added Robert Anae and Jason Beck to their coaching staff, responsible for Virginia’s recent surge of points. A bowl bid is possible if the newly renamed JMA Wireless Dome gives enough home-field advantage for the Cuse to win early tossup victories against Louisville, Purdue, and Virginia.
