As for scoring, the Ottawa Redblacks placed 8th overall in the CFL with a 21.1 PPG average during last season, placing them eighth overall and ranking fourth for throwing yards per contest at 260.3, plus running for 1,538 total yards to put up 4686 air yards total and an 85.4 ground game average – this resulted in them ranking 5th. On average, they had 345.8 yards per contest, placing them fifth overall in CFL rankings.
The Redblacks allowed 26.4 points per game and were ranked eighth in the league. Last season they yielded 475 total points to opponents; Ottawa gave up 1,899 yards via ground play (105.5 yards per outing), including 22 touchdowns on that front; they also surrendered 24 touchdowns through air play for 261.4 yards per contest and came eighth overall in scoring average per contest.

The Stampeders finished 2nd in the CFL for team defense in 2015, allowing 22.1 points per game (PPG). If the defense shows up they have a shot to be a playoff team in 2023.
Neither team is excellent on offense, so I would bet the under. I look for Calgary to get the run game going this week and to take this one on the road.
