A First look at Davis vs Romero
It’s fight week in the lightweight division for Gervonta and Rolando Romero. Both of these fighters will be fighting in New York on Saturday on Showtime PPV. Gervonta’s “regular world title” is at stake. Showtime has also released the first episode of All Access: Davis Vs Romero in anticipation of a major event. This episode begins immediately after the press conference. Gervonta mentions that Romero does not have the height advantage he expected after meeting him face-to-face.
Davis stated, “I’m the kind of person that wants to bully the bully.” “I am just someone who wants to prove to the next person that they are not what you say. Rolly is someone who talks the talk, but doesn’t walk the walk.
“Like real killers, they don’t talk much. They put a lot of work into it. I’m coming with everything and want to stop him. I want him to be beaten. As soon as I have hit him to the canvas, I want him to look straight in my eyes.
We get to see Romero soon after and learn his assessment of his opponent. Romero said he was more confident after seeing the success Isaac Cruz had against Davis.

“Honestly, Tank seemed to think he was going to walk all over Cruz. Romero stated that ‘Pitbull’ Cruz fought Tank really hard, and made Tank tremble. Can you imagine me in there?
