Indiana vs Michigan Preview
On Saturday, two traditional Big Ten basketball rivals will face off in Ann Arbor, MI, as the Indiana Hoosiers play the Michigan Wolverines. Indiana is back to form, with a big win over #1 Purdue. The Indiana Hoosiers seem to have survived January’s rough patch that saw them lose three games and go 1-4 in the Big Ten. The Hoosiers are now tied for second in the conference with seven wins in their last eight games, including a win against #1 Purdue. The Hoosiers defeated #24 Rutgers on Tuesday night by a score of 66-60. This win ended an Indiana six-game losing streak against the Scarlet Knights. Trayce Jackson-Davis, an All-America candidate, led the way once more with 20 points and 18 rebounds. He also had six assists in this hard-fought victory.
The Hoosiers have the Big Ten’s second-best scoring offense. They also rank second in conference three-point shooting. The team ranks seventh in conference turnovers. This is a result of the Hoosiers’ inability to find a true point guard on their starting roster that can be consistent. In the Big Ten, Indiana is eighth in scoring defense. The Hoosiers rank eighth in three-point defense and sixth in total rebounding.
F Jordan Geronimo is doubtful for Saturday due to a leg injury. G Xavier Johnson is still out until at least the middle month due to a foot injury.

The Wolverines rank ninth in the Big Ten for total rebounding, despite Dickinson’s presence.
