Framer Fran McCaffery takes his sideshow and crybaby antics to play Indiana

The Iowa Hawkeyes will travel tonight to play the Indiana Hoosiers, and as always they will be led by Farmer Fran McCaffery whose sideline behavior seems to get worse all the time.

Fran McCaffery is an embarrassment to the University of Iowa. Gary Barta allows him to continue doing this all the time. I’m not surprised. McCaffery’s antics are absolutely out of place in college basketball. It’s unacceptable. Its not like every once in awhile he looks like a crybaby, it’s almost every game. He makes Jim Harbaugh look like a tough guy!

Fran McCaffery is one of the most emotional college basketball head coaches. His blowups are constantly making the Iowa head coach go viral.

Iowa lost to Wisconsin, 78 to 75 earlier this season. McCaffery was T’d for disagreeing with a controversial decision by the officials late in the game.

It also happened nine years ago against Wisconsin.

As you can see from the above videos that Fran has acted like a child for years now. The amazing thing is that he is a very average coach and it’s not like Iowa puts up with his actions because he takes them on deep tournament runs.

Farmer Fran acted a fool against Indiana earlier this season also.

My favorite happened this past weekend with McCaffery not getting his way; he gets in a stare-down with the official! This is hilarious that a grown man would act like this; it’s also sad that, as a leader of young men, he chooses to act like this. The official should have given him a technical and tossed him over this, but Big Ten officials, for the most part, do suck so it is incredibly naive of me to think that an official would stand up to McCaffery.

So, tonight if the Hoosiers jump out to a big lead, look out for a Farmer Fran shit show, as he has shown that he can’t handle things not going his way. Iowa is a good team, but with Fran as the head coach, they will never be more than a good team. We will never see Fran in a Final Four, and that’s a blessing that we will never have to watch this idiot make a fool of himself on the biggest stage. I still find it hard to believe that any 18 year old could would wanna play for this guy.
