Who Will Win the Series Between The Celtics and Warriors?

While game 3 gave a good indication of who might win the series, it’s still difficult to predict who will. The Warriors have the experience, and the Celtics have the firepower to win the series. For now, there is no telling.

The Celtics could win another game on their home court with game 4 in Boston. Jayson Tatum stepped up in the fourth quarter in game three, and if he continues to play as he did at the end of game 3, this series will be over.

According to current odds, the Boston Celtics are the favorite to win the series. It makes perfect sense, considering that they won game three and will be playing game four on their home court. Plus, the Celtics are proving to be the deeper, more versatile team.

The Celtics are too physical for the Warriors.

The Warriors team is being beaten on the boards. They’re not only getting hammered on the boards, but they are also making lazy turnovers and committing bad fouls. For the Warriors to win, their defensive effort must be improved. The Celtics are to be commended for their excellent ball movement and ability to find open shooters. However, the Warriors have no chance of allowing 48.3 per cent shooting from the floor. Boston is too good defensively to give them so many easy baskets.

The Celtics finally get it. Jayson Tatum attacked the basket when Steph Curry was guarding him. Robert Williams and Al Horford finally began to play like they had a substantial board advantage. The horrible turnovers by the Celtics were finally over.

There is no secret recipe to Wednesday’s defeat of the Warriors. The Celtics played the bully ball right from the beginning.

The same effort must be made on Friday. This is not one of those games where Tatum goes on vacation, and the shooting percentage plummets.
