Luis Severino will pitch for the New York Mets and has amassed an 11-7 record, 3.91 ERA and 161 strikeouts this season. Additionally, in postseason play, he has gone 2-4 with 5.01 ERAs and 54 strikeouts for his career.

Los Angeles Dodgers vs New York Mets

• Run Line: Dodgers -1.4
• Moneyline Dodgers +112
• Moneyline Mets -104
• Over/Under 7.5

Walker Buehler wasn’t great during the regular season and was hit hard by the Padres for seven hits and six runs in 5 innings in the playoffs. Luis Severino hasn’t fared much better; I wasn’t thrilled with either pitcher. The Mets feel like they are a team of destiny that won’t die easy; Citi Field will absolutely rock – I just can’t step in front of these Mets; it’s that simple: give me the Mets!

Dodgers vs Mets Over/Under Analysis

This over/under of 7.5 is not a lot of runs. I will bet the over, I think Cboth starting pitchers could struggle, expect some early runs.
