For the past four-and-a-half years, the widow of Tommy “The Duke” Morrison has been on a crusade to honor a deathbed promise to her husband and prove that he never had the HIV virus, and did not die of AIDS.

On May 7, Trisha Morrison filed papers to argue Tommy’s case in front of the U.S. Supreme Court — the highest court in our land — where she’ll present proof from multiple doctors that Quest Laboratories bungled the two-time heavyweight champion’s blood tests, and that the Nevada State Boxing Commission was complicit in terminating Tommy Morrison’s multi-million-dollar boxing career.
