Plus, the Yankees counterparts in Queens, the New York Mets, are said to be seriously shopping Noah Syndergaard. Might this be the move that sets the tone for new GM Brodie Van Wagenen’s tenure and, even more important, might this be a good move?
Also, two legends of the game, Joe Mauer and Adrian Beltre, have hung up their spikes. After 15 and 21 season respectively, announced their retirements in the early part of November. What legacy do they leave and are both headed for Cooperstown?
