Football will begin soon, don’t worry. However, other sports are still going on around the world. The U.S. women’s soccer team competed and came away victorious in the 2019 World Cup, defending Netherlands in the final. The second goal scored – and essentially the dagger – came from a former Wisconsin Badger, which was especially exciting to see.
