It was supposed to be all Big Ten basketball on this week’s show. However, the tragedy involving Kobe Bryant on Sunday changed that. Kevin and Troy discuss Kobe and what he meant to not just basketball, but their lives as well on this week’s episode.
After talking Kobe, the youngster and old man get into B1G hoops and discuss the latest while recapping last week’s and previewing this week’s action to come. Is Illinois playing the best basketball in the conference right now? Troy thinks so, as the Fighting Illini have won six straight games now and are tied atop the conference with Michigan State.
