49ers fans got to witness a nice win a few days ago as the Denver Broncos fell to the Niners by a score of 20-10.
It was a record day for George Kittle, who set a 49ers Tight End record (and almost a league record) with 7 catches for 210 yards and a touchdown. Though he came up five yards short of Shannon Sharpe’s record, it has be great to watch him emerge as one of the top tight ends in the NFL.
We also saw the defense play a lot better as they shut out the Broncos in the first half. There were more pressures and more importantly, very few big plays given up by the secondary.
In this week’s episode, the guys talk about the players that Kyle Shanahan is identifying as 2019 contributors. Some of the topics include Reuben Foster, Pierre Garcon, the future of the offense, and the changes coming on the defensive side of the ball.
Did Nick Mullens officially take hold of the primary backup position? Will Kentavius Street be the first redshirt to be a difference maker next year? All of this and more on this week’s episode!
