  • Add enough protein to your diet – Proteins don’t only provide essential amino acids, but also affect the release of ghrelin and leptin hormones that control appetite.

 

  • Consume healthy fat – High-quality natural fat, like nuts, eggs, dark chocolate, avocados, and fatty fish keep hormones in the body in check.

Healthy lifestyle choices and a nutritious diet may help keep your hormones balanced. However, don’t forget that it’s still best to consult your doctor to discuss these things and find out the best way for you to move forward.
