Okay, let’s get this straight, I am 50 years old and I have NEVER heard of any of these so-called singers. So I figure heck, I will look them up. This is what I found:

Okay, maybe it’s my age but this “music” does not excite me. But then I grew up in the 1970s and 80s when there was great music! Why does it seem like we always get some cookie cutter boy band or some girls that used to be on a show on the Disney network?

How about this for a Super Bowl halftime act?

You CANNOT tell me Metallica would not be better than freaking Maroon 5! You just CAN’T! Most halftime acts are manufactured stars who really have very little real talent and they are boring. How about a little half-time excitement? Just my two cents worth.

Tom Brady might retire after this game?

No CHANCE! He is still the best Quarterback in the NFL, especially when it matters most and he is in a division that’s so bad the Browns would have made the playoffs five out of the last ten years if they would have switched divisions with the Patriots. The Patriots could possibly be even better next year with the addition of Isaiah Wynn next who was hurt this season and did not play.

The Rams should not be here?

YES, THEY SHOULD! Why you might ask? Well that’s easy, they scored the most points! I want to be clear on this: the missed pass interference call in the NFC Championship between the New Orleans Saints and the Los Angeles Rams was one of the worst, if not the worst, missed calls I’ve seen in a high-stakes NFL game. With that being said, it was not the sole reason the Saints lost. Coach Payton’s play calling at the end of the game could have been much better, the Saints could have scored on the first drive of overtime and they didn’t, so in short, if you are a whining Saints fan, please shut up! You had home-field advantage everything was in your favor including a 13-0 lead and YOU BLEW IT! Sure you got screwed but you should have never been in a position to get screwed, that’s on you!

There was a football game yesterday?

The short answer here is no there was not a football game yesterday! The Pro Bowl is a useless spectacle that should never have been played in the first place. Hell, number one if it was important Cowboys Coach Jason Garrett would not be allowed to coach it! The game was basically a three-hour celebration of grown men playing grab ass!
