1) New England Patriots (14-2)
The Patriots are the defending World Champions and as always Bill Belichick made the off-season moves to make them even better this year.
The Dolphins are better than this record, the problem this year is they play the NFC South and AFC West. The schedule is a killer, but this team will probably be better than last year, the schedule just won’t let them show it.
The Bills are a dysfunctional team and the schedule is a killer.
I think one win might be a little optimistic, but what the heck I think they can accidentally win a game somewhere.
1) Pittsburgh Steelers (11-5)
The Steelers still have no big-time pass rusher and the DB’s are questionable. Plus can Big Ben stay healthy?
The Bengals are a talented team, everything will depend on if the offensive line can protect Dalton.
The Ravens will be strong defensively the questions are on offense, mainly does QB Joe Flacco have enough weapons?
The Browns will be good on the offensive line, but they still have way too many holes.
1) Oakland Raiders (11-5)
The Raiders question marks are all on the defensive side of the ball, if they are just average on defense they will win 10 games, better than average and they become a Super Bowl contender.
Phillip Rivers has an improved offensive lines and added multiple weapons, and on defense they look to be improved also.
The Broncos are better than a six win team, but the schedule is a killer and question marks still exist on the offensive line and at QB.
It is time for a new QB in Kansas City and I don’t think they got the right one. Much like the Broncos the Chiefs are better than a five win team, but the schedule is a killer and I think time will run out on Alex Smith.
1) Tennessee Titans (11-5)
The Titans look poised to become a playoff team this year, they are loaded seemingly everywhere and I could actually see them being a 12 win team by seasons end.
The Texans have the best defense in the NFL and if Savage or Watson can have an above average year they could win double-digit games.
I think the Colts are a year away from being a contender. They need some more upgrades on the offensive line over the next year to get to the next level.
The roster is stacked, but I will believe it when I see it. Every year here how this will be the Jags breakout season, and every year it is not.
