1) Pittsburgh does NOT belong in the playoffs
Don’t get me wrong, Mike Tomlin has done a great job coaching this team and Minkah Fitzpatrick was a brilliant addition but come on, they lost to the Jets with a playoff berth on the line! The Steelers offensively are painful to watch and if they can sneak in the backdoor to the playoffs they will be soundly beaten and eliminated immediately!
That’s a poorly coached team that in a big spot can’t get out of their own way. If this game doesn’t get Jason Garrett fired than nothing will. The Eagles won simply because they were the better-prepared team and the Cowboys talent level is off the charts compared to banged-up Philly. This was a game that would put you to sleep. It was that bad. Neither team has a chance of advancing in the playoffs. The best part of this game is how quiet Cowboys fans are now.
The Seahawks were dominated by the Arizona Cardinals at home and it was not that surprising to me. The offensive line is not good and the defense is average at best. This team gets by because it has a special player in Russell Wilson. I am calling it now, the 49ers will beat Seattle next week.
New Orleans got off to a slow start and trailed the Titans 14-0 early on Sunday and then they woke up! The Saints pass rush is legitimate and Drew Brees is playing as well as ever. If they get a first-round bye this team could win it all.
The Bengals almost pulled of the comeback in this season on Sunday, but luckily for them they came up short and now own the rights to Joe Burrow. That is unless Bengals owner Mike Brown really wants to prove that he is capable of screwing EVERYTHING up!
